No I am not. The salesman said it would be a 4-6 hour treatment. The technician showed up and put 5 pheromone traps out. They are still empty. The salesman also told me to empty 3 areas where he saw the insects. The tech told me I should clean them out. I asked about the egg sacks near the ceiling and he told me yo sweep them down with a broom. I told him I couldn’t reach some and he did those so now I guess I have eggs on my floor. So I paid approximately $375 for this and he said he would come back in 2 weeks to change out the traps. A week later and they are still empty and no I will not be paying another $375. Do not bother to come back.

I think the service is going ok but I still have a large bee hive in my bedroom wall, still waiting on chemical to kill them. The first treatment worked a little, second treatment about the same. i just don't want them to go into hibernation and still be alive in my wall going into next year.

I am so happy I chose Century termite for a big problem with bats. I talked to two other pest control companies who prices were one lower and the other higher but Century "Bryan" was so professional and thorough he saw places in my home that the other two totally missed. He explained what needed to be done from start to finish. They also have a 2yr warranty for their work. The others didn't. I am bat & bug free. They sealed my entire home outside and inside. If you need help with any pest go with Century and look no further.

Referred to you by a close friend/neighbor. Was attempting to relocate a black snake from my property. The 3-1/2 to 4ft snake escaped from a cooler inside my SUV. Was advised that a service call would cost $350 and must be prepaid which I agreed to. Your service man spent about 10 minutes searching the car with a flashlight and a few more minutes putting down glue boards. For $350 I would have expected a far more thorough search of the car than was done. I ended up buying an endoscope to probe every possible place inside the vehicle. Really felt like I just wasted a lot of money for very minimal service. I could not recommend your company based on my experience.

Your representative did a thorough inspection and showed me a hand-written sketch of our property and a price quote for preventive termite treatment. However, I never received an official quote.

So far it has not worked.It has gotten worst.

The very helpful person who told me an older man with lots of experience trapping a mouse and other creatures would be coming.when we spoke on the phone. I accepted but that inspector with lots of experience was not the one showing up. I am really thinking that that person who has info should call and email me at least and I can get my time back that happened when the promise was not carried forth and it was as if this person never existed as told by the man who came he was the one who received the assignment. He was polite it is the company that messed up not the person who came. When I called back also very different from how communication with other places getting from the person who answered the phone to find out what when wrong. I will talk with Angie unless the person promised calls me and can ask questions to recoup my time.
