Excellent service indeed, very professional and honest. I found termites in my shed, none in the main house. Another company came out, looked in the closet of the house and quoted a very high price. Justin comes out, treated the shed, then checked the main house by donning a full body suit and crawling underneath the house in the crawlspace. Clearly an unpleasant task. He emerged to say it was clean, no termites, no damage. He said my house did not need treatment at this time. The whole thing cost several times less than the other guy who merely looked in a closet and gave a very high price. I’m mist grateful.

I would highly recommend Certech. Our service technician Gareth was professional, courteous and friendly. He kept all his appointments and was respectful of our property. He took care of the problem and followed up to ensure that it completely resolved. Excellent job!

We called Certech and Gareth arrived with 24 hours of the call. Rats are not good news.Gareth was on time, and he was reassuring (it is upsetting to have rats in residence!) and described exactly what work would need to be done. He was professional and it was clear that he knew what needed to be done to get the situation under control. He came back multiple times to make sure every last rat was gone and that they did not have any way to get back into the crawl space and attic. After there had been no rat "action" for 3 weeks, he came back several times to recheck to insure last rat had been caught. I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and explain what was happening each step of the way. Professional, efficient, on time, and a good communicator. I could not have hoped for better. Certech has done an amazing job. Gabriel is always timely, courteous and communicates with me his arrival times and what he finds as he is servicing our home.
He recently helped with a mouse issue, reacted promptly and followed up to be sure the situation was improving.
I have had other pest control companies in the past and this had been my best experience by far.
