Though the techs were great and helpful, I'm sorry to day that after they installed the ridge guard, a critter remained in the wall. They were unable to locate it, nor was it able to escape. So, now we have a dead squirrel in our wall. If it begins to smell after the winter, I will be calling back to have CJB get into my wall to take it out!! I don't know what else can be done. I don't want to live in a house that smells from a dead squirrel.
