Your service provider was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure the carpenter ants that were invading my home were exterminated. She warned me that there may be scragglers for a few days, but I've only come across a few dead ants. I am very pleased.

I had Cody service done yesterday and paid $350 in cash. This morning I got a disturbing phone calling asking me for my credit card information to pay for my service yesterday. I told her I payed cash, what was she talking about I had a receipt. She told me the cash register didn’t show I paid. Then she told me she was going to talk to management, about it. I should’ve asked to talk to the manager. I told her exactly what bills I gave him. Not a good way to start my morning, otherwise I have always had great service from them.

The technician arrived on time, took shoes off before entering the home, then proceeded to inspect the home for sings of infestation then proceeded to the exterior of the home and sprayed were needed.
Overall, the technician, Josh, did a great job and assured me that the treatments were doing their job.
