Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Mahler for your review! We appreciate your business!

Pest control, yes. Lawn weed control, no. Way too many weeds at this point. Hopefully in Oct. when weed control chemicals can be applied, this issue will go away.

Really like everyone that I interact with, both at the office, and in the field.

Yes, I am happy. My mother in law used you folks for years with success, and that is why my wife and I chose Cody when we were blessed with our own home. Dwayne and Rick are really good, knowledgeable guys. The office staff is very pleasant as well.

The newer people servicing the property, both lawn and perimeter spray, seem to be taking a less than professional approach to treatments. They provide only cursory treatment and neglect obvious problem areas completely. This is a dramatic change from the service I’ve experienced with Cody over the past 20+ years.
I should note that the more senior, experienced techs still provide excellent service but they aren’t always on this route and there doesn’t appear to be too many of them left.

Wonderful service. Scheduling was easy, reminder calls were timely, and the our technician, Misty, was fantastic. My wife and I both noted and were grateful for how thorough she was in her spray application throughout our yard. She spent the time to make sure that all of the areas were covered including going around obstacles that most would leave undone. Thank you!!
