We had a serious carpenter ant problem. When I called and spoke with Tiffany she immediately scheduled me the following day. Kristine was our technician and I am so appreciative of her expertise and knowledge of our problem. She scouted every orifice of my home and was very diligent in finding the source of the problem. Considering the circumstances of my trauma lol she made me feel very comfortable and made sure.I understood the whole process. She even made sure my pets were protected and safe.

I have used Cody Pest Control since 2003. They have always been pleasant and professional. When I call, they either answer or get back to me quickly. I have recommended them to others over the years.

Bug discovered in one of rooms. Not sure what is was. CPC came out the next day, identified the bug and treated on the spot. Price was reasonable and service was professional.

A couple of days ago, we had an older gentleman come to spray outside perimeter of our home. He was done in a jiffy, almost too fast. Never having pest treatment before, I’m looking forward to see how effective his spraying will become.

We use them on several properties, they are accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend!

Cody performed a WDO for RE Client & one on our home. Worked with many Pest Control Companies over the years. Tech took their time to go through the homes, including hot attics. They did a thorough job and rates are competitive. We would recommend them to our future clients.

Your service provider was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure the carpenter ants that were invading my home were exterminated. She warned me that there may be scragglers for a few days, but I've only come across a few dead ants. I am very pleased.

I had Cody service done yesterday and paid $350 in cash. This morning I got a disturbing phone calling asking me for my credit card information to pay for my service yesterday. I told her I payed cash, what was she talking about I had a receipt. She told me the cash register didn’t show I paid. Then she told me she was going to talk to management, about it. I should’ve asked to talk to the manager. I told her exactly what bills I gave him. Not a good way to start my morning, otherwise I have always had great service from them.

The service was great. We'll contact again if needed would recommend to my friends and anybody else that needs great service.
