Colonial did a great job at my house. They were very thorough inside and out. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Smaller holes were plugged up and instructions were given on how to handle larger entry points for mice. Great experience!

The technician was great and knew his stuff.l although he came after the time window they had given me. He told me I had to pay right away and in the future I would be billed. My wife had set this up and spoke to someone who told us the service would be $195. He charged me $100 more. He said he didn’t have our past history, which they had when both my wife and I spoke to someone at your company but he said the history was deleted. (We just bought the home a couple months back). Anyway, I would like to be credited the additional amount I was charged. You have my email and cell. Please let me know.
