When it was time for the inside I offered my tour and again, Russ got right to work.

Scheduling the appointment was harder than it should have been though because I stopped receiving emails from the person I was talking with so I had to call. I then found out when the tech came out, I was on his list of customers the previous week which I was not notified about either.

I contacted about 4 different pest control services before deciding on Colonial Pest Control. They had the best pricing and they didn't pressure you into unnecessary quarterly service/monthly subscription like other companies I spoke with. Just a spring and a fall service at a flat fee. When their employee came out to do the service, he was very nice and even walked us around the property to show us what he had done and even that he had found mole tunnels and gave us advice for how to resolve that although they do not cover that type of service. This was above and beyond service. I love that they will come back for free if we start noticing ants again before our next service. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone!

We loved that someone answered the phone when we called, addressed all of our questions and concerns and was able to schedule quickly.
