I contacted about 4 different pest control services before deciding on Colonial Pest Control. They had the best pricing and they didn't pressure you into unnecessary quarterly service/monthly subscription like other companies I spoke with. Just a spring and a fall service at a flat fee. When their employee came out to do the service, he was very nice and even walked us around the property to show us what he had done and even that he had found mole tunnels and gave us advice for how to resolve that although they do not cover that type of service. This was above and beyond service. I love that they will come back for free if we start noticing ants again before our next service. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone!

We loved that someone answered the phone when we called, addressed all of our questions and concerns and was able to schedule quickly. The technician that came out was thorough, knowledgeable, super friendly and had the report to us immediately (I think she was still in our driveway). You won’t be disappointed with this company!!

We’ve been with Colonial for many years and get bi-annual treatments. We have been satisfied with their service. However, it took longer for us to get our first treatment this year. I made two calls-one in May and one a week ago (first week of June) checking to see if we were still on the schedule or if they forgot us this year. I was told that due to rain and snow that we had in April, their schedule was pushed out longer than usual. I was skeptical about the reasoning, but in the end they did come today June 13. Glad they came!
