I had the greatest person come to my home from colonial pest control!His name was Dana and he really is an expert . We had a regular exterminator who just set 3 or4 bait traps in every room - and that was it. Dana came in and looked for holes around the outside of the house showed me everything .I needed a mason for some thing and a carpenter for another and then he located the two worst rooms where things were happening the garage and the cellar . He explained to me how Mice run on wires and pipes, which I didn’t know and that we had to stop them from getting in, not let them in and then have them eat bait and die! He was at my house for a long time and he taught me a lot. I feel in control of this problem after months of suffering and struggling. I am extremely happy and I’m going to set up them coming a couple of times a year to keep things up.!

Very happy with the service. Very congenial representative did a thorough job spraying for carpenter ants and finding the nest and destroying the queen. Now my deck is no longer an ant thoroughfare. He also closed the mouse entrances he found around the foundation and placed poison along the top of the cellar and garage wall. Hopefully that will mean no rodents for the winter.

Not happy called after service had spiders still and I seen a huge size of an orange bee nest under my soffit not happy with the service. When I called the first time The man said Give it some more time when the young man came to spray he said, shut the lights off in the cellar and he’ll spray and knock the webs down. I didn’t see anything knocked down when I went down there hours later. I’m not too happy with the service. I paid $495 that day. I’m not impressed with this company and Response of waiting longer to see if anything else creeps around was not what I wanted to hear cause I have seen spiders still, and I called with the spider issue in the beginning.

Not sure how to answer. I never see anyone do anything. The report is light on describing activity performed. I would like to see more details like “ Sprayed entire foundation, sprayed all deck posts that touch ground both on front and rear decks. Sprayed underneath perimeter of front porch and rear deck. Sprayed underneath soffits where insect nests typically are found”.

In the past we had issues with yellow jackets under our front porch and inside the house where access was from an opening in a soffit junction in the rear of the house. I think getting charged $200 for a service warrants a more detailed report. Other than that, we do feel that insects have been controlled as we didn’t see much activity as we have in the past. This feedback is for you to help improve your business relationship with your customers, not a review of the service itself, mostly because I don’t know exactly what was done.
