Polite and very informative when I called and the service person was personable and very knowledgeable. Issue resolved. Colonial Pest also came out in a very reasonable timeframe and I liked that they provided me a name and photo of the technician prior to arrival! I was referred to Colonial Pest Control by a friend and am very pleased with the service! We had issues in outside and inside our home with carpenter ants, mice and yellow jackets. I spoke with an Rep., John, who was excellent and took the time to explain the possible issues and solutions. We purchased the Preventative Plan it has been well worth it! Paul G. conducted the initial inspection, treatment for ants and placed mice traps & explained the Preventative Plan and the next steps. He was very thorough! Additionally, we had a yellow jacket nest under the stairs to a pool deck a few weeks later and we were appreciative to get an appointment on short notice. Emma was great & removed the nest from our property. Due to reoccurrence of mice sounds in the wall of our chimney, Derrick L. came out & reassessed the areas in question, sealed a potential entry point and made recommendations, very pleased with his service and recommendations! We highly recommend Colonial PestControl to any homeowner experiencing pests in their home!
