Matt was very nice and quick. He placed bait traps around the house per my request. I was disappointed that no discount or alternative solution was offered, since no entry points around the house were found or filled, and little to no rat droppings were found. The value for what was done feels off.

The booking processes was easy however, I did request an appointment for an exclusion only to find out, at the appointment, that the company no longer offers that service. That is my only complaint and reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. James definetely deserves 5 stars.

All good on mouse activity treatment blocking holes and setting bait stations.
I wish he had shown me the work and where he put bait stations before he left. There’s one hole at entrance to eave he didn’t do. If he’s in the area could he come back and foam it? It’s right above where mouse holes were.

I am am absolutely satisfied. The technician was very thorough and not all all rushed. He was here treating for mice, and found a number of obvious entry points which he sealed. He reassured me that the poison represented no threat to my cats, going so far as to get the product information sheet for me, pointing out the relevant sections, and leaving it with me to read at a future time. He informed me that the company would gladly return within the six month guarantee period for a reevaluation and replacement of bait blocks at no additional charge. 100% would recommend Colonial Pest Control.
