This was a follow-up to my initial visit from Chris on July 15
Mickey was outstanding, planting more bait traps and using foam, very thorough, hopefully I will not the Aug. 29th follow up but if I see more evidence or sightings, then I will ask for Mickey to return.
He checked out all the areas for possible entry so I am hopeful it will solve my problem finally.

The follow up from the office staff was excellent and helpful. I’m a working mom so forget to follow up at times, even knowing I needed a service done. The staff was polite, patient, informative and knowledgeable.
The service tech called before arriving, introduced himself, and listened to our needs. He went over what we signed up for and what he was going to do so we were informed. The service was performed as expected and he followed up when he was done.
Exceptional all around, happy we chose Cowley’s and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had work done in our attic, primarily sealing air leaks into the interior of the house. From the sales end, Tom did an excellent job and sold us a solution that was perfect for our home. Pricing was very reasonable too. The installers, Brian, Nelson, and Antonio provided professional service, were prompt, and experts in their field. They were very nice to have around. We also found the office staff very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt in my mind they we will use their services in the future.

We have been using Cowleys for a bad pest problem at my moms house. They have been so kind, understanding and efficient in their work. They understand that an 88 year old woman is overwhelmed by the whole situation. Whenever we call, they make sure they get someone to her house right away. Cowley's Pest Service arrived to our home and did a very thorough inspection. Even though they found no nests or animals in the eaves, there was damage to the roof and eaves and they were kind enough to give us photos so we could have it repaired. They are a very reputable company and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we had to.

Had mold remediation done last June and was told when I booked the appointment that it would take about 2-3 hrs for the job and that I would need to install a SaniClean dehumidifier and leave it go 24/7 as I have a oversized double garagethat get humid because it is insulated and nowhere for heat and humidity to go. When they came, it took 1/2 an hour and left a smudgy gross mess on my ceiling (see photo). When I called to see if this was normal, I was told there would be some staining and that they contacted the tech and he said everything was perfect. Fast forward to a week ago when I looked around my garage and it started to spore again!! I called and they sent out a really nice tech (I lost his card so I don't have a name, but he has been there for a little while) and he was appalled at my garage and could not believe the mess that was left. He told me that it doesn’t look like the job was done in using both Maps1 and Maps2 and took pictures and was going to speak to the office immediately. They called and scheduled a date to come back that was not until mid August! I would think of you are trying to fix something that you messed up big time, you would make the time to fix it sooner rather than later, but what would I know, I only work in customer service. And to add insult to injury, when I had called before I found the mold, to see when I needed to make an appointment to have the dehumidifier inspected as to not void the lifetime mold warranty, they said anytime before the year ended and I just received a bill for $225.00, an obscene amount to check or change filter on something the size of a small garage refrigerator that has not even been scheduled yet!!! The reason o have it 3 stars out of 5 is because the new tech who took over for the old one (who was fired, shocker!) was so kind, caring and new his crap! I made sure he was the one who will be returning to do my job! By the way, I am now going to have to throw out everything in my garage that could be contaminated like car seats, dog beds, boxes of clothes because I am too afraid to let myself, my nieces or my dog use anything in that garage that is porous and would be mold infested for over a year! I will update review after second service is completed and hopefully cleanup better and safe.

Although majority of work was done okay there was something I was very dissatisfied with. I called and spoke with someone at office and I asked to speak to manager. Was told manager was busy and would call me back. The manager never called me back. That is not good. I had requested to person on call that problem at house be rectified ASAP and I didn’t need to be home when they came back. No one came yesterday or today so far. That is not good either. In May, 2018 we had purchased a Sedona Sanidry Dehumidifier for our unfinished basement. We had used it all that Summer and turned it off in the Fall. When we went to start it up in May, 2019 we got an "error message". I immediately called Cowley's as the Unit was still under Warranty. I gave them the "error message" and they set up a Service call within a day or two. When the guys came, I was very surprised that they came in with a whole new Unit and just replaced the original one with no questions asked and took the old one away! They didn't even attempt to "repair" the unit or give us a hard time about replacing it! We were more than pleased with their Service and how they honored the Warranty on the Dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Cowleys sales and service to anyone wanting to deal locally with a family owned and operated business.

Your report is outrageous...in a bad way. Everything negative was never told to me.....also saying no pests were noted is a lie, as they were shown to the technician. Why are you doing this to me ???? I’m furious and will take further action. NO STARS FOR YOU. Lying won’t get you stars. I was forced to pick one to write this review...this is disgusting.

I am a very picky customer and borderline panicky. So although Cawleys service was exceptional, I am still worried about recurrence. Two weeks after their service I imagined there is a wasp in the basement. They came to check, found no animal activities at all, and billed me nothing. Now I believe I found mice droppings in the oven, but I am ashamed to call them. My landlord says these are food crumbs but to me they look like burned mice droppings. Had they taken away my worries I'd give them five stars.

I am not happy with Cowleys service.

My only issue at this time is that the installation does not comply with the commitment given to me by Tom, the Cowley representative who inspected my property, and provided the proposal. Tom assured me that the devices holding the termite poison would not be visible. He indicated that they would be buried under the pebbles covering my entire property, and that sensors inside the unit would enable the location of the buried cylinders during the annual inspection of the devices. When the 15 containers were initially installed, a majority of the units were projecting above the ground surface, and the green tops of the poison containers were fully visible.

I asked that the issue be corrected, so as to comply with the original commitment. Visible termite containers is not a desirable situation for any home, which is the highly likely reason that the initial proposal highlighted the fact that the containers would be below the surface. After I expressed a concern, I think that another technician came to remedy the situation. However, I was not home at the time that the work was allegedly completed. In a walk-around of the perimeter of my home this past weekend, I noted that the tops of eight of the 15 containers buried were visible, with either the green top of the canister showing, or a mound where the pebbles were apparently just piled on top of the container.

Clearly, the containers that are not buried below the surface should be removed, and the holes bored out several additional inches before the containers are placed back in the ground. Please give me a call so that we can arrange an appointment for the corrective measures necessary to resolve the improper placement of the green plastic cylinders.
