I was told a service person would be at my house between 11 and 12 pm. Eric arrived at 11:01! He was extremely nice, very informative and I actually learned a good bit from him about exterminating. If possible, I'd like to have Eric each visit. I know all your service people will be just as nice. The lady who took my information over the phone was pleasant and fast. She told me should would call me back in 5 minutes and she did. Thank you for your prompt service and I look forward to being serviced again.

Im still unsure as to why it cost so much to get rid of fleas.Im happy with the service. Today was their second visit,as of this morning we still had fleas and roaches. I'm hoping when I get home I see an improvement.

I am not quite pleased as of yet. The service worker stated the droppings on the counter came from some type of roach. However, I check the counter each morning and wipe it, but this morning there are more droppings. What can we do?

Thank you for your review, we only know what is going on by communication by and with our customers. Your service on 6/4 noted that the technician did see droppings that were of roach origin. We need to look at this a little closer, because roaches and mice have very similar droppings in appearance. They way we can tell is if it is Blount on the end resembling a tic-tac it is a peridomestic roach. If it is tapered at the end to a point it is a mouse. We are in the area every day so we would be most happy to send someone over. We are in the office from 6:00am-7:00pm every day usually. We did just call the Geneological society and I have it that you are open from 9-4.

The second time Parker ext came to my house, Eric was sent to inspect. This experience was so much better than the first time since I was aware when and what time he would be at my house.
