Had an extremely satisfying experience.My carpet was stained with some mold and blood and was not sure if it could be fully removed but Edwin , the technician was able to restore back like new. Thank you !!!!

As a first time user I was very pleased with Jeffrey's work . However, due to the shades of off white I will be having him return as some areas were missed. I also will include additional pieces to be done for the first time. The person I spoke to was Ann and she too was extremely helpful.

The technician reported that these chairs were over 20 years old, with climate stains that are created over a long period of time and are impossible to get out. He discussed this with you prior to the job and you requested that he go ahead and do his best because they needed to be cleaned.
