My carpet technician, was punctual, professional and friendly. He answered all my question about the process. My only complaint is the they either dumped or rised something off in my shower. When I turned on the water and then stepped into my shower it was extremely slick and I slipped and fell. Ouch!

I did speak to the tech about your job and as normal procedure to dry clean your carpet everything that we brought into your home was utilized in the cleaning process and then placed back in our company vehicle. There was nothing put in your shower. Please know that we would not utilize a client's personal shower for any purpose.

The service could not have been better! The rugs look like new and were completely dry within two hours. The technician was on time, friendly and polite and obviously knew what he was doing! Will definitely recommend Dry-Concepts to my friends.

I'm impressed with the good service and professionalism, but as a good and returning customer, I'm hoping for more flexibility on a discount for future dry cleanings.

You were a first time customer when we cleaned your area rugs and when we went to your home several days later to clean on location carpet your total was a minimum service fee and therefore, we can't apply a discount to that. My carpet has been damaged!
The type of cleaning now is nothing like the service provided when I first dealt with this company, many years ago. Years ago when the cleaners left the carpet looked like it had been cleaned with care, some sort of rake was used that left the carpet looking cleaned.

Dear Mrs. Morten, We noticed your comments about the last job we did for you and your concern that we didn't use the same cleaning system and techniques. Rest assured, the same Ultra Dry carpet dry cleaning system was used and the rake you mentioned was the same tool to groom the carpet we have always used in the past. The damage to your carpet you spoke of was something we needed to take a look at so we scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, March 28, arrival between 9:00-10:00 a.m. to look at all the issues. Upon our technician's arrival, he explained the areas you thought were damaged was actually wear the carpet was experiencing due to its age and not from the cleaning. You acknowledged and understood Edwins explanation. As far as the cleaning, you advised Edwin that you were very pleased with that and didn't have any issues. We are happy that our return visit cleared up any questions that you had and we look forward to servicing your carpet dry cleaning needs in the future.

Great service- friendly fast and efficient, but I was really hoping you could get two stains out of my carpet. Unfortunately they are still there.

Mrs. Restrepo rest assured that the stain not coming out wasn't due to lack of effort. We have scheduled a appointment to go back and see if anything else can be done. Hopefully if it still doesn't come out after the second try Robby will explain why such limited results were achieved.

Our last price increase was in Nov, 2019 and with the increase in costs for everything we could no longer just absorb these increases. It has been difficult finding a vendor in my area which cleans drapes. I contacted Dry Concepts and they immediately sent out a technician to check out my project and provided me with an estimate. Since it was considerably more costly to have the drapes taken down and then rehung after a factory cleaning, I opted to have them cleaned at my house. The tech told me what the process was, thoroughly vacuumed 2 large panels with pleats, then used a mild dry cleaning solution on them and re-vacuumed afterwards. While a factory cleaning may have been better, the drapes definitely smell better after the process.
