Mrs. Vayda, we appreciate you letting us know of your disappointment about the stains on your club chairs not coming out. The technician reported that these chairs were over 20 years old, with climate stains that are created over a long period of time and are impossible to get out. He discussed this with you prior to the job and you requested that he go ahead and do his best because they needed to be cleaned. We appreciate your business and look forward to being of service to you in the future.

I am not satisfied with the cleaning results. Some pieces were not cleaned properly, even though I was charged over 2k for the service. It is very difficult to coordinate a time for you to come back and clean the remaining piece. Karla informed me that I have to call you to reschedule, as the hours you sent me yesterday are already booked frontdesk@oneparkgrove.net. It would be better if you could contact the building directly, to avoid wasting my time.

We appreciate your feedback and understand the challenges you faced in scheduling a return visit especially given the specific requirements of The Park Grove. We are concerned about the issues you raised about dissatisfaction with our services, including pricing concerns. Regarding the specific details of the job performed, we cleaned an extensive list of items on that day, including 4 dining room chairs, 2 easy chairs, 4 sofas, 1 sectional, 2 headboards/kickboards/sideboards, and an area rug.
It is our policy to return to a client's job if they express dissatisfaction with our services, and that we did on Monday February 26th arrival between 1:00-3:00 P.M. It is our understanding that our return visit successfully addressed all your concerns and no other action is needed to be taken. We appreciate your business and look forward to being of service in the future.

My carpet technician, was punctual, professional and friendly. He answered all my question about the process. My only complaint is the they either dumped or rised something off in my shower. When I turned on the water and then stepped into my shower it was extremely slick and I slipped and fell. Ouch!

I did speak to the tech about your job and as normal procedure to dry clean your carpet everything that we brought into your home was utilized in the cleaning process and then placed back in our company vehicle. There was nothing put in your shower. Please know that we would not utilize a client's personal shower for any purpose.
