I’m not sure how to respond because I don’t know what work the rodent repair man did as I wasn’t here. But he did leave behind a Home Depot bucket he mixed cement in (I threw it away) and a drill with cement mixer was in my flowerbed and I brought that into the house. If he was sloppy enough to leave his materials around it makes me question the quality of his work.

Great service when JR is here, however, when we needed an extra visit it seemed it was scheduled out a ways. Also, not sure if it was missed, but last visit the spiderwebs were not cleared off of our back patio cover. If that is not a covered service, please advise. All in all, very happy with the service.
