Eco Tech Pest Control

Ecotech has serviced our small condominium building for the past two years. We have nothing but superlatives to say about them. The service technicians are extremely courteous, knowledgable and, most importantly, thorough. We are so happy we found Ecotech. On top of the great service, they are also great communicators. Unlike past pest control companies, we always receive a full written report after each service with a summary of work performed, suggestions to prevent problems and areas that may need more attention in the future. I've been dealing with a roach infestation since the end of November, and since then I've had four visits from three of their technicians and have talked with three different representatives in their office. Mayan was super helpful in scheduling my appointments, Madelyn helped me prepare for my clear out and gave me some tough love as I lamented my temporary roommates, and Stacy made me feel like the family from the first time we talked.

Manny came to my apartment twice - the first time for a regular treatment and the second time for a clear out. Manny was super personable and hilarious! As I panicked while he treated my home he kept me distracted with his great sense of humor to keep me laughing. I really appreciated how much I felt taken care of by Manny, and he answered all my questions without making fun of my roach ignorance.

Everyone, Stacy and Manny especially, made me feel not so alone during a very isolating time in my life. Today I'm 5 days roach free and while there are many ways to ring in 2020, getting to know Manny through this experience is a pretty good one!

Last year, after extensive evaluation of our options, we chose ECOTECH for solving a challenging bedbug infestation. Everyone involved was concerned,courteous, and competent. Mike, our technician, was SUPERB in his caring, communication and skillful work. His sincere support of our situation was unwavering and his followup and continued service is consistently outstanding.

Had small ants in my kitchen and echo tech came and treated, since then have not seen any ants. It has been 1 week so far.

Love the service I received. Mike the technician that came out was phenomenal. Words cannot describe him. He loves his job and it shows. He treats tenants that don’t cooperate way nicer than I would. He turned a bad situation into a workable situation in order to get the job done. My tenant was uncooperative and refused to prepare for the service. Mike still managed to get it done with a smile on his face. I love Mike and trust that he can and will be able to resolve the roach infestation in my 4 unit building. Quick efficient service.

Eco Tech is great! They help me every year with pesky black ants, and they always rid them from my home on the first try. All of the technicians are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Madelyn is so sweet and helpful with setting up appointments. And everything they use is pet friendly! Overall, highly recommend. Top notch product and top notch service.

We kept seeing ants 🐜🐜 in our sunroom so after 2 years of trying unsuccessfully to get rid of them ourselves, we called Eco Touch. Easy to schedule, the technician arrived promptly and assessed our porch and outside the house. Told us what was happening (carpenter ants) and outlined the treatment. He was finished in about 20 minutes and we couldn't be happier. It's been a week and we've only seen 1 dead ant even though we were told we might see an increase right after treating. Highly recommend Eco Touch!

These guys are simply the best... Eco Tech is highly responsive to requests to inspect for suspected bedbugs. They try to get your inspection performed as soon as possible - which is what you really want! I manage residential property and I have found their technicians, office staff and management to be professional, absolutely efficient and most importantly, effective in identifying and treating bedbugs. I have used other exterminating services but don't even think twice when it comes to bedbugs - they are my 1st choice.

Love Eco Tech. Been using them for a few years now and every time I have an issue they come out immediately and take care of the problem. We always have Slobodan come out as our tech, and he is AWESOME. Super friendly and knowledgeable and he always takes care of the problem. After noticing that carpenter ants appeared to have invaded my home's exterior wood trim I searched for a reliable pest control company for relief. Although I have a healthy skepticism about online reviews, I was impressed with EcoTech's nearly universal 5-star reviews. Slobo appeared on time for my scheduled appointment, reviewed my problem area, surveyed my home's exterior and even my neighbor's tree for a potential source of the ant colony. He was friendly, professional and informative in assisting me in understanding my situation. In laying down a protective barrier from ants and other pests around my house's exterior, he assured me that all of the chemicals used are eco-friendly and not harmful to my grandchildren or my neighbor's small dogs. I would say that EcoTech's 5-star reviews are well deserved.

EcoTech has been great to work with. I called with a concern that an older member of the family might have bed bugs in her home. EcoTech employees were friendly and responsive, from the sympathetic lady who took my first phone call, to Adam the technician who so courteously and patiently did a thorough inspection of bedrooms, living room and den, while answering our many questions, to the folks at the office who sold me covers for mattresses and box springs. I can't say enough about how kind and professional Adam was in explaining what he was doing and how he concluded that there was no evidence of bed bugs. He truly gave us peace of mind.
