As both a General Building Contractor and a Real Estate Broker, I have dealt with most of the Pest Control Companies in Santa Barbara over the years, and in my opinion, Escalera has been the best, and thus they are
the only company I use and the only company I refer to my clients. They are no nonsense about the problem
they encounter and what the best solution should be. They are responsive and get the job done when
they say they will. No excuses and no b.s., just results on a timely basis. To use one of my favorite phrases: They are the "Real Deal." Period!
