I am happy with the service however I would appreciate it if the company offered services on some days in the late afternoon/early evening hours.

The gentleman that comes and takes care of the property is very nice but still doesnt have rue proper equipment to spray the complete lawn like i was told at the beginning And the communication between the office is not good at all He just shows up with no calls and now i still got roaches and bugs and now i have to wait even longer to get treated.

No they come to the house when we're not home and only to the yard no the inside.

Again, I love the tech who comes to my home. But, once again I was given ZERO notification of his coming...not an email, text or phone call. You are lucky that we work from home and that we were available. Please figure out what is going on with your office staff. I would love to give you more stars, but this is not a new case...honestly, the office continues to either bill me incorrectly or fail to communicate appointments or service changes.
