I never wanted to sign up for Home+ Yard, but you but was pressurized by your account specialist (Phil Infermo) to sign up for a year and pay $199 upfront in order for him to take care of yellow jackets that were outside the house. We already had the yard plan but he said that was not covered and we have to take Home+ yard and pay $199 otherwise we can pay $595 one time charge for him to take care of yellow jackets. I will request to keep me on yard plan, I have already paid $199 upfront for the service.

Excel Pest Services helped to resolve an issue in my home with mice. Stefany, the technician who treats my property is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and diligent when it comes to any issues in my home. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of an exterminator.

Bird mite indoor/outdoor problem was dealt with using appropriate chemicals. Technician was attentive to my concerns and encouraged my follow up if the problem persists.

The Excel Pest Service technician Anthony did an excellent job in performing his quarterly inspection of pest control traps and placement of the organic spray and granular pellet repellent around exterior of house foundation and siding sill areas as well as interior perimeters of Garage, mud room and basement areas. He is a very detailed worker and explained everything to me. In addition he found 3 ant colonys tracking and applied a gel mixture to have tracking ants bring back to colony nest to kill the Queen ant as well.

I am very pleased with the fast removal of the yellow jacket nest in a bush in front of my house & that other possible nest areas were checked to make sure that was the only one.

Philp Infermo the technician was knowledgeable on the problem i was having he took his time on explain how the rodents enter my house pick at certain points of entry they might be entering and in detail the treatment he was going to apply in a matter that I understood and any information that i need to know about the treatment effect anyone or pet in my house he explain the treatment was safe for everyone even my pets I will like thank Philp for is time and certainly his knowledge.

A thorough check of rodent traps were checked. None had been disturbed by rodents. The exterior of the house was checked also and spider webs were removed.
