This place is amazing!!!! Colony of ants coming up from foundation and thousands everywhere in our house, we tried EVERYTHING, they would die and be right back the next day. We called Francis Animal pest control, they came the next day, laid edible traps down, by the next day, all of them gone! It’s been 2 months and not one ant!!!! Love this company!!!

Happy with your service but still have many asian beetles in certaiN areas of the home both upstairs and main floor. SERVICE IS GREAT BUT THE BEETLES ARE QUITE THICK IN PLACES.

The record keeping is very unorganized. We never received a bill for service or a receipt. We weren't sent an e-mail when they were coming. We are retired and most of the time home but the occasional time they say they sprayed outside and billed us anyway. We were very pleased with the gentlemen that treated our house inside and out. I have a phobia of bugs. This was very comforting to know we were covered. I'm sorry we had to cancel our service with them but we couldn't agree on what was owed. We paid them what they said we owed even though we are certain it was incorrect. Respectfully Connie Affantranger.

I guess I was expecting more. The guy basically did what I already did, but the day he came it had froze again and the smell was not strong. They said the dead smell would be gone within a couple weeks, but the death smell still lingers.
