Very disappointed as we continue to have mice getting in the house. Service tech has been back twice and cannot locate where the mice are entering the house. Last visit Brandon said he would pass it on to Sean and recommend another tech come and see if they could locate a point of entry. Still waiting to hear back from someone.
On a positive note Brandon has been very professional and understands the concern we have.

The yellow-jacket BEE didn't come back for a week. Few of them came back, unfortunately.
The pest person didnt spray around the garage.
Ironically, the elderbox bugs came everywhere on the sides of house suddenly after the pest person sprayed. Never had seen that many! Sadly.

They are very responsive and even received a follow up phone call. I thought the price was reasonable as it saved us the possibility of getting stung. Would highly recommend.
