I have asked to be called prior to the day you come. Never happens. When I get the call a couple hours before I say no and have cancelled your service after I had my husband come home and waited for our noon appt until 1.45. Don’t come or call again.

Francis Animal & Pest Control are fabulous! They came right out put down traps inside the house, bait traps outside of the house & filled in gaps where mice could enter the house. We already caught one thanks to them! They even sprayed the utility room for spiders on their visit. Affordable pricing too.

The ants died and all was well after treatment. I am now seeing ants all over! It’s getting bad again. Many of the new ants are dead but not all.
I picked up 32 ants in one bathroom yesterday. Please advise on the next step.

I have had to call and touch base on the request for having my quarterly service done. I would thinknyou would be more Proactive. In addition, I still am.not sure you sprayed my exterior and there was no service ticket and the wasps and ants and mosquitos were still bad! Also asked for having mouse traps looked at and nothing.. the first visit was good but since then...not wow!also have to leave messages and phone tag all the time when I do call to get on the books for service.

Very helpful in finding out where mice were getting in, getting rid of the mice and keeping them gone, which was the goal. They have assisted with spraying for asian beetles and boxelders which has been helpful. When they do their quarterly checks they don't schedule them with you, they just come. They now call me the day of which is nice. They do not read their messages if you email so I have learned to call which works well.

Great customer care. Never had a problem with pests after visits. Only opportunity would be I wish they would give more of a heads up before they head out. The tech does me a favor by texting me 30 mins prior but it would be nice if I got a day or 2 heads up so I can prepare arrangements.

I would think it should be standard operating procedure to call ahead to set up an appointment. Whenever you stop by it is not expected at all. In some cases, I have to leave......... Also, I feel the rate is high for services provided.

Next time you plan to come out, please call ahead to set up appointment.

Also, I have questions regarding traps, spraying, outside/inside maintenance.
