We have found the service to be very good in terms of addressing pest control. However, billing has been a bit erratic. It's not always clear how contracts are interpreted and priced.

No, technician did quick look around on roof, did a little calking, did not check inside either attic for signs of bats, and did not look at outside vent as requested, which is most likely source of bat intrusion. No confidence that problem is solved.

I called for help determining where a bat could get in my house around my wood stove. After the tech left, I found a bat where they said it certainly would not be (in the stove pipe). The tech who came out was very nice, but the service was overpriced especially considering I solved the problem myself. Would not call again.

Yes, am happy with service. Prompt response, called one day and came to take care of yellow jacket wasps within 2 days. Provided valuable information about these wasps, as this is the first time we have had issues with them. Also, my grandson called Francis Animal and Pest Control regarding bats in the attic of his house. The person came the next day to begin the process of removing them from the house and sealing where they were entering.

You indicated you were going to stop at my home on Thursday, July 23, a day when I could not be home. Did you even look at the traps you set 3 months ago? It sure doesn't look like it. Do you have any kind of a report that would suggest that the voles in my yard are being eliminated? It sure doesn't look like it. Not happy with your service at all.
