I’m sure the pest control person who came to our home does a great job for people with standard basements, but we have a crawl space where mice get in. We had hoped he would be able to go into the space and find the gaps in the foundation and seal them up to keep the mice out. He didn’t do that. I understand not wanting to go into a crawl space - not pleasant. We already had bait stations outside the home. He put some inside which will kill mice once they’re in, but won’t keep them from getting in which is why we wanted him to come out in the first place. We don’t want dead mice in the crawl space. We’re going to have to cancel our service. We had Servicemaster clean the area and are now planning to have a basement system come in and see if they can fix the gaps. Disappointed we went with an exterminator first.

Service has been good. I appreciate Marquis who always follows up with me and knows myself and my tenants. His service is 5 stars. My problem is in the communication I receive from the main office. I need more than a 24 hour notice so that I can inform my tenants when a service is coming, a 24 hour notice is required.

I have also asked to reschedule in the past and the office never got back to me, it was very frustrating.

They do a good job but aren't very good with updating customers on when they will be arriving. They usually let you know the day of. As a consistent customer I can look ahead and see when they will be there but it's far out and forget. Would be nice if they would give a day before heads up at least. Thank you.

The service was 1st class, Dalton was very thorough with his inspection and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He didn’t hesitate to set traps when it was -10 out and caught 2 squirrels in a week and then sealed up the hole they were entering the house from. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Excellent review for technician but the owner/manager not so much. I was given less than 24 hour notice that the next day the service person would be there . Of course, I had to reschedule since I was busy. I have asked for one week’s notice next time and was not received kindly on the phone. The owner treated me poorly when I called to sign up. Please call me to see if I will renew the contract and do not do it automatically.

We live in the country. Amongst wild animals. Unfortunately, one animal came into our garage and dug around in three corners until she found a place to borrow and sleep. We thought it was a squirrel. It would not enter our traps. We tried for three weeks. Then Dalton came. “It’s a woodchuck,” he said, “and she wants to be there for the winter.” First attempt at removal was futile. Woodchuck went up the wall! But a second attempt, the very next day, with a second guy, a leaf blower and an awesome trained dog proved highly successful. Unfortunately I did not get to watch. But in the end, I did get to see the large woodchuck sleeping permanently. There was no new mess either.
In the weeks that have followed, I have grown especially fond of entering my garage with no creepy critter watching me. Thank you Dalton!!!
