As first-time homeowners, having support to prevent and intervene on pest concerns has been a big relief. In particular, Mikki has been phenomenal! She has been so willing to teach us what to look out for and explain everything she’s doing. She’s always attentive to our concerns and is quick at figuring out where pests are getting in and fixing the issue. She is always on time and easy to worth with. I feel so much better knowing we can call her when unexpected issues come up. Whether you’re trying to prevent issues or intervene on existing pests, I would highly recommend Mikki.

You indicated you were going to stop at my home on Thursday, July 23, a day when I could not be home. Did you even look at the traps you set 3 months ago? It sure doesn't look like it. Do you have any kind of a report that would suggest that the voles in my yard are being eliminated? It sure doesn't look like it. Not happy with your service at all.

there was confusion on the type of service I needed I was referred by another person and that person called me and explained the type of treatment he was going to do The date I gave him needed to be changed and he said he would send someone else who when he came said he was here to do bat control only. the gentle man that came was very good trying to resolve the issue The guy that referred me initial told the man that I needed mice control
