I guess I was expecting more. The guy basically did what I already did, but the day he came it had froze again and the smell was not strong. They said the dead smell would be gone within a couple weeks, but the death smell still lingers.

Not really. They spent 25-30 minutes going around the house applying silicon and/or foam and charged $300 plus. I was told to leave the traps out for at least two week, I assume that was to catch any mice trapped inside. I caught six mice over the next two weeks then all was silent for 5 days then they were back. I pulled out the back door steps which was their previous entry point and I saw those little stinkers had dug under the silicon. I stuck my finger in there and felt a void space so I stuffed it with pads of steel wool. I caught 3 more mice and there is still one really smart mouse down there that won't get in any of the traps. I see it on the kitty cams. I hope it's not a pregnant female. There is nothing to eat so I don't know how it is alive. If more mice come I can still call Francis back under their guarantee but I'm lacking faith in the after their initial visit here.

10 out of 10! I called in the morning because I had a deceased possum under the crawl space of my deck. Ricardo arrived at his scheduled time. We located the possum which smelt very badly. He was very professional and very polite despite what he had to do. He belly crawled under my deck and removed the possum. I would 100% recommend their services!
