Jeff was our technician today. He sprayed in house , outside and in our garage. He was friendly and very responsive. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Franklin Pest and have had few problems with unwanted critters.

Keith Semmes is my technician who has always been very professional, listens to my pest issues.
Always brushes the cob webs down from the stucco porch which isn't an easy job.

Our organization operates a homeless shelter for families, a day resource center serving homeless and disenfranchised and a learning center serving the same challenged population. Bugs and other pests are a constant concern for us due to the population we serve. Franklin Pest Control has been serving our organization for years. They provide protection for all three of our buildings with their scheduled monthly preventative treatments. In addition, they immediately address all emergency needs that come up from time to time. They are professional beyond words, reasonably priced and can handle just about anything regarding your pest control needs. We give our friends at Franklin our highest endorsement and our unqualified recommendation.

John has been the man who’s been de-pesting a friend of mine’s house. He’s very personable, polite and helps with explaining things. I believe that if the consumer doesn’t like the person that’s rendering the service, that they will already have an attitude and things will go down hill fast. Your employees are not just selling a service; they first need to sell themselves and a good attitude is very important or the experience will suffer.

I have been fairly pleased with Franklin, but yesterday Adam said he would spray around the edges of my windows to reduce the number of insects getting into the house. After he left I was VERY disappointed to find that instead he apparently COVERED my large bay window with insectiside, leaving it a mess. I had just paid close to $200 to have my windows cleaned, and I will probably need to have it done again, at least for the bay window, since I'm unable to reach it myself, even with a long squeegee. I'm not sure that you will see this but, if you do, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Phyllis Schroeder, Valpo.

I have an old brick house and would periodically get mice in one certain kitchen drawer (not a food drawer).

This was the first time I used Franklin Pest Control. The company had a deal on Angie's List for a $99 preventive exterior pest treatment, and I made an appointment for a couple of weeks later for the treatment.

Christian was the technician who applied the spray all around the foundation of my house. On one of the bricks he discovered a piece that had been dislodged/broken off to the side, which left a hole that he thinks may have been a place that mice could get in. He plugged the hole.
He was very friendly and professional; he explained everything he was doing and also let me know that the company also does an inside home inspection at no charge. I will definitely call to schedule that in the near future.
I would definitely recommend Franklin Pest Control, and will use their services again.
