The technician left our basement covered in a layer of dust. I called Frontline who transferred me to a manager that said he would have someone come to clean up. Joseph (the technician) came back to the house to vacuum. My basement still has dust on the ground and I have to clean it up. The fact that there is no manager that saw what happened. No manager that called me to check and see if I was satisfied with the clean-up is troubling to the point that I am thinking of canceling my contract with Frontline.

If zero were available, it needs to happen. Apparently, a rouge (hopefully) employee is setting up Monday service on canceled accounts that has a valid credit card on file to pad sales or whatever other reason. Haven't been a customer since 2015 and received a mosquito treatment TODAY 16OCT17.

I waited all day for my home to be serviced only to realize at the end of the day they came by and dropped off a notice with sticky pads. If service was done to my home it was only done to the front porch area and not the circumference of the home. I have strongly requested to have Frontline Pest Control to please put down snake away on the premises. I have been seeing baby snakes and lizards in the garage. I take all prevent measures to ensure they do not get into my garage or home. I also recently found a dead water bug or roach in my basement. I was hoping the representative could have serviced the basement after all, since I requested for the exterior and interior of the garage to be serviced. There wasn't even a name, date or time documented on the service slip that told when the person came by. Like I said before, I was home all day and the house was open or active, which indicated someone was home. I never heard the door bell rang and if my home was serviced a poor job was done.

Adequate. Sprays and lays traps. Didn't get ride of my ant problem until I monitored their path and plugged the tiny hole beside the door myself. My cricket problem has been reduced though.
