Keith is very easy to get along with and he does his job well. He is conscience about getting to the work at hand, but he checks with the customer first. He makes sure to take care of the inside of my garage, he asks about indoor pest treatment, and makes sure to treat my back yard retaining wall which housed a swarm of wasps. It is because of that swarm that I started with Frontline to begin with. I appreciate Keith's hard work each time he comes.

Frontline staff are always professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive. I've had to schedule visits between my regular quarterly visits, and they've always been easy to schedule. The contract is a bit expensive - and that is the ONLY reason I reduced my rating to 4 stars (instead of 5).

I actually canceled my service today. I had called a few weeks ago to get treatment for tix and other insects in the perimeter of our whole lawn and explain to the receptionist on the phone but it was a one and a half acre lot that I didn't care if it cost extra to treat it. When the technician came out the first time they left a report that the only treated 30 feet out from our house which was not what I asked for in the beginning. When I called back they said they didn't treat the area because they needed to speak to me directly but no one attempted to call me or told me that when I made the appointment. The technician was scheduled to come out on the next Friday which was raining so I canceled the service and told them not to send anyone that I would be treating the lawn myself. Today somebody showed up while I was not home and who I was not expecting to treat the yard. This is not the first time that we've had issues with appointments. But on the prior times the technician didn't show up at all to treat when I did stay home. I'm very dissatisfied with the organization or lack there of with the company . I have been using Frontline for years but as of today I am through.

My technician was great--very polite and helpful. However, I do have one complaint. When we called to make the appointment, we specifically stated we had mice in our attic. The scheduler did not mention any issues with accessing attics. In the past, technicians have gone into the attic and placed bait stations at both ends of the attic. The last time a technician placed anything in the attic he threw the bait to the other end of the attic. This time when we showed the technician the access to the attic he stated that Frontline's policy is to not go into attics. I can understand this and he was very polite. However, if Frontline changed its policy it should inform us and I don't remember being informed of this. Even if we had, why didn't the scheduler mention it when we said we had mice in the attic. They could have said at that time technicians are not allowed to go into attics for treatment. Since we have had recurring mouse issues in the attic despite trying to block entrance into the attic with steel wool mouse guard, etc., this change does somewhat limit how helpful Frontline can be in service to our pest control needs.

We live in a very wooded area and know it could be prone to pests from some of our neighbors complaints. We have not had any issues.
