I am very unhappy with Future Services, Inc. I join up with Future to obtain a NPMA-33. The inspection was completed on 10/16/20, but as of10/23/20 I have not received a correctly done report. The Mortgage Company has rejected all of them. It has been a comedy of errors. The errors have required me to reschedule my closing twice. If these delays cause me to lose my interest rate, you will hear from me.

I did not authorize the use of my debit card and specifically asked that you all not keep it on file. I was told that it would not be kept. I did not authorize the appointment and was advised that I would be able to confirm appts the last time this happened. I did not have access to my email box when the email was sent and was very surprised to see that you all did the very thing I asked in DETAIL that you not do. I’m not certain why you all don’t understand that processing of someone’s debit card without authorization or consent is against the law.

Technicians spend very little time checking bait stations. I have found the used bait stations and interior cartridges disposed of in the brush area if our property. I’m never really sure what the service is providing, other than bait stations in the ground.
