I called for help to resolve ant issue. A spray and gel was applied. Problem continued and tech returned to out more gel and a granular. Still seeing ants. I paid $350 and problem was not resolved. I am told I have to pay another $175 for another visit but probably won’t since what they are doing is not helping.

We had used Garrie when they were a locally owned and operated business and we were quite happy with service. Several years later we came back again because we had a mouse issue. After four weeks, and several visit cancellations by them, we cancelled the service and won't be back.

Service tech parked in my driveway for 10 minutes, went into a small portion of the backyard with a small hand sprayer and returned to vehicle after exactly 3 minutes. He never went to the front of the house. Then sat in his truck for another 20 minutes and left. So can’t say I had good service since I don’t think I had any service. When I called to find out what was going on, the person who answered the phone hung up on me when I said I had cameras around the house. Then wouldn’t answer phone when I called back. Used to be a reliable local company. Now I paid annual fee and received no service.
