I noticed since we have a new guy servicing us doesn't clean the bugs off our side wall like ourlast guy. The last refill didn't keep all the bugs away. Thank you Linda Glover.

They did a great job. We live in a double wide and had a terrible ant problem. We have two birds and they were very considerate of the birds. They sprayed under our house and in our yard. So far, no more ants in our house.

Gary’s Termite & Pest Control service is fabulous and serious about putting a stop to your pest problems. The young man who recently serviced our home took his time to deal with the three areas of ant invasion in our home. He was friendly and professional. Since his visit, we have not seen one ant in our home.

Great service, always returns when any problems arise with no extra charge.

It has eliminated enough of the bugs that I can use my back porch. I live on the lake so total elimination is nearly impossible but you are awfully close.

I was totally & pleasantly pleased with Luis Alvarez's quote & then when & and a helper came out on 10/10/23 & everything discussed was done, all within about an hour. When they completed the treatment, I was provided a service invoice and was instructed to call into the office & take care of the payment. I did, and spoke to Penny. I paid with a credit card and requested that a credit card receipt to be emailed and confirmed my email address. I only got the company invoice & all it showed was a zero balance. I sent an email again requesting a copy of the credit card receipt. That was 6 days ago, and nothing received, so I called my CC company to confirm my CC was only charged the amount of the invoice. That is the only complaint is that my request was totally ignored. That part of the service gets a ONE STAR rating. The attention from Luis was FIVE STAR!!!

We love Gary's Pest Control service! Their employees are always knowledgeable, professional, and on time. We would definitely recommend Gary's for home and ranch pest control service!

We did not get our usual Female technician this time. However, the new Male technician appeared to do a fine job.

Yes, great technicians came and did the preventive treatment. Has done other treatments and good results.

Pest control service is great and they are prompt and professional.

The service is good when you request a technician to fix or come out after we see something isn’t working. But normal service while out refilling and to insure all nozzles are working is not satisfactory. There are several nozzles not working on a continual basis.

Gary's is absolutely great. We have used them since 2005 at the lake for termite coverage as well as bug/spider control. We have been so happy that they also take care of our house in Plano. I cannot say enough good things.

My husband and I have been Gary’s customers for years and their service is good. We have them spray outside 4 times a year, clean our gutters 2 times a year, and spray inside our home 2 times a year. They have always been responsive to our needs and taken really good care of us. The crew is polite, and the office staff are friendly and efficient. We have been weekenders as well as full time residents on Lake Cypress Springs for over 30 years.
