My wife met with Kyle before he treated the lawn and plants and said he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of her questions to her satisfaction and she was quite impressed with him.

Have been a green island customer for over 5 years-always had good service. Currently we have Carl Timmerman as our Technician-might be the best yet.

All technicians are friendly and very professional. I ask to be notified shortly before the service so I can make sure my dogs are in the house and they notify me every time. My lawn and shrubs look beautiful. I highly recommend Green Island.

Service was excellent every step of the process so far in every way.

I was surprised at the speedy service I received after waiting 51 DAYS for the other service I had in mind to hire never did a thing for me. I had patience but it ran out!! Few days after contacting Brooke about my need for my trees to be fertilized, she was at my house, and we had a great chat about my needs and what I could expect signing up with Green Island. I felt comfortable with her; sounded like Green Island wouldn't be giving me the runaround, just fair and constant service I could rely on. I AM willing to give them a chance. Already had my 1st service. Looking forward to more.

I am very upset about the way my account was handled. The first application was applied, then the following month, nobody showed up and it was already 1 week late. It seems that once the first application is done, Brooke's job is done too. An individual should have been assigned to my account, but nobody bothered to do that; furthermore, calls and texts to Brooke were unanswered. I called the office and was told about an individual being assigned to me. They finally assigned a gentleman who was not even told about my account so a month and a week went by with nobody coming over. I was finally assigned a gentleman and he is very sweet. I was not happy about the way my account was ignored! They sure don't forget to get their money, but they forget their new customers!!!! I am hoping things will be better next time I fill out this survey. I purposely did not leave the review on Google because my intention is to make you aware of the lack of communication between Brooke/Office and my service person.

Green Lawn did a wonderful job today. Ace did a thorough job of assessing our lawn’s and shrub’s needs. Weeds are treated, shrubs are treated and fertilized and lawn is fertilized. Webs are gone and possible pesky bugs were treated with outside spray.
