Real people answer the phones, complimentary home evaluations are still given, and the latest and safest pest control methods are used. Each of the Griggs & Browne associates, that I have had the pleasure of dealing with, has been incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within the space of just three days, I was able to speak to a wonderful customer service associate, named Kendra, receive a free home evaluation, from the incredible knowledgeable and courteous Assistant Manager, Mr. Caleb Lafrenier, and meet with an amazing team of pest control technicians, Mr. Dave Leonardo and Mr. Paul Hunter, who expertly installed Sentricon termite bait stations both inside and outside of my home. I have been a customer for several years and always happy. That said, I'm not happy that I was not notified of this week's visit to check the termite traps, and suddenly saw two burly men around doing something around the foundation, and thought they were trying to break in. I almost had a heart attack. I raced to the window and saw an unmarked car in the driveway. If I had been given notice OR the car had the G&B sign on it, either would have prevented a lot of anxiety.
