I am very happy with Griggs and Brown. We have a yearly service which includes service on a quarterly basis and in the meantime, if there are any additional issues, that is included as well. Cory provides our service and he is very professional and thorough! He gave us his cell phone number and we had to call him for an issue we had with ants in the kitchen. He came out and looked at the problem and within 1 day, the ants were gone! He takes the time to listen, explains and addresses all our concerns. We have had Griggs and Browne for a number of years and will continue to use and recommend them.

We have used Griggs and Brown for over 20 years and are very happy with them. They never raised their prices and a human been answers the phone! Lenci is great! We recently bought a new home and the prior owners had Terminex. I couldn’t get a human on the phone.
