Griggs & Browne keeps the bugs and rodents out of my house! They come regularly. I only call when I have a problem which I've never had. They treat for anything I need. The best part is I don't have to sign a 2 or 3 year contract. I can stop it whenever I need to and pick it up again. The only bad thing is sometimes I don't catch them to tip the technician. They should consider adding a way to tip the technician online! The service is always excellent and I would like to reward their technician for great work!

After a somewhat bumpy start since the Abington office closed, I believe my account is straightened out. It appears that my quarterly service inspection had not been performed since last April, we were never notified that the Abington office was closing. We only found out when we had to put in a call for mice in my kitchen cabinets. When a new to us person arrived he indicated he had never been to my home. He reset traps, but he had to make a second trip to reset the traps in the shed and garage. I did speak with several women in the cape office as well as with Mike, a manager. I was credited with the next inspection services. I am hopeful there will ne no further bumps in the services. We have always had excellent service. I understand glitches can occur during mergers. Thank you for listening.

Actually, I have a few questions about what was done at my house on Wednesday. I was told that you would put some foam in the space around the pipes so no mice could enter the walls. There are some pipes in the garage that this was not done to and I would like you to come back and correct. My daughter told me some pipe openings in the boiler room were too big but I would like the ones in the garage foamed up and corrected. Please let me know when you will be coming back and I will make arrangements to be there.

Several years ago I had a mouse problem over the winter. I asked friends for recommendations and Griggs & Browne was one of the names given to me. I made the call and am very happy I did. We have a multi family property so also added the insect service. We have been able to keep the mouse situation under control. Communication is excellent and the service is great. Darren always communicates with us when he is coming to treat our property and always follows up. Any time I reach out with any question or concerns I always get a reply.
