Actually, I have a few questions about what was done at my house on Wednesday. I was told that you would put some foam in the space around the pipes so no mice could enter the walls. There are some pipes in the garage that this was not done to and I would like you to come back and correct. My daughter told me some pipe openings in the boiler room were too big but I would like the ones in the garage foamed up and corrected. Please let me know when you will be coming back and I will make arrangements to be there.

Several years ago I had a mouse problem over the winter. I asked friends for recommendations and Griggs & Browne was one of the names given to me. I made the call and am very happy I did. We have a multi family property so also added the insect service. We have been able to keep the mouse situation under control. Communication is excellent and the service is great. Darren always communicates with us when he is coming to treat our property and always follows up. Any time I reach out with any question or concerns I always get a reply.
We are 100% satisfied with the company and service we receive.

Thank you for Brenna, who is wonderful to talk to, responsive, knowledgeable and very thorough. A roach problem is difficult to go through, Brenna did an excellent job assuring me the roaches will be gone. And they are and I can live in my new condo that is now roach free! I highly recommend Griggs and Brown!

Inspection used to be twice a year now it's once a year. My last inspection report was very short. It didn't give me individual trap results. I don't know if every trap was checked.
