This request for a review was sent to me too soon after I had my house treated so I can't speak for the long term success. But I will say that Mike Medeiros came out for the estimate for carpenter ant treatment and he was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable and can have conversations like a regular guy not a business robot. A couple of days later the tech came out to do the treatment. I was told that it can take a couple of weeks to notice a difference and reduction in the number of ants but 3 days after he treated, I didn't see a single one around my property for the first time in several years. So far so good. We'll see what happens in the long term. But so far I would definitely recommend Griggs and Browne.
