I was happy they were able to come out the day after I called. John was great about explaining what was going on with the bees that were swarming around our office. He was very knowledgeable about all the insects that were in that area and let us know that they would come back and respray if they bees were not eliminated from the nest by our door. Also, he was very helpful in contacting our landlord as well.

Micheal Medeiros, the technician who came regarding the bald faced hornet nest in my azalea bush could not have been more knowledgeable or friendly. He handled the problem with great efficiency, told me to avoid the area for a day or so as there could be strays and told me about the 30 day warranty. Great job.
