After calling two different local companies with no response I reached out to Griggs & Browne. They called me back next business day and sent my info over to one of their techs. Steve reached out quickly, and came the same day. He was exterminating a yellow jacket nest under my siding. He suggested I look inside my finished basement to see if they entered my home. I’m happy he did because their full nest was inside our house. He took care of it immediately and from the second he left on we have seen no yellow jackets anywhere in our yard (or home). Steve was kind and had great interpersonal skills. Thank you!
