As fairly new homeowners, it's a small miracle at how easy it is to keep the vast majority of pests out of the house and shed with Griggs and Browne. I can't overstate how almost immediately impactful the seasonal treatments have been in keeping bugs out; couldn't be happier with both Mike and Griggs and Browne!

Yes. I need to go down to 3 visits. Unfortunately, I can't afford an $800 a year. I hope I don't regret it.
Service has been fantastic. No signs of rats in the house, on the property but not in the house. Mice still frequently the basement but there are access points for sure. Acrobat ants are an ongoing annoying problem. They live in the foam insulation and fall from the ceiling on a regular basis. And last but not least the carpenter bees are destroying my house. As far as I know my service only covers ground level and not the bees.
Thank you for the service and lets adjust to 3 periods rather than 4 quarters.

Have had u many years and happy with your service, except for the termite check, they never let me know they have come and whether or not they found anything. Even when I have called for a raise trap.
