I really don't know how to respond. I see the large bait boxes outside but didn't see anything in the basement, but I didn't know where to look. My basement in my main concern as that is where the mice have been getting to the heat/ac duct work.

I've used the national chains and also two other local providers, one of which really "bugged" me. I have to say this was the best experience. The process and treatment plan was clearly explained, they did not attempt to sell me more than I needed, the price was fair, and service came out the next day to install the application. The service technician was well spoken and courteous and he left the property in good condition. I will continue to use this provider.

I have been a client of Griggs & Browne for many years. During those years, I have had issues with powder post beetles, carpenter ants, yellow jackets, and tics. They have always gotten the job done and their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with and I am grateful to them.
Several years ago, I was bitten from a single tic while working in my yard. That one tic infected me with 3 tic born illnesses that caused me to be severely ill for several weeks and I could have died. After that experience I was fearful to be in my yard again. Since then, I have contracted with Griggs & Brown for annual tic treatment of my yard and now neither my pets or I have been bitten by a tic and I feel safe to be in my yard again.
I highly recommend Griggs & Browne to any home owner in need of insect pest control and especially for lawn treatment of tics. All of their treatments have been very effective and their technicians are the best.
