I have been a customer for several years and always happy. That said, I'm not happy that I was not notified of this week's visit to check the termite traps, and suddenly saw two burly men around doing something around the foundation, and thought they were trying to break in. I almost had a heart attack. I raced to the window and saw an unmarked car in the driveway. If I had been given notice OR the car had the G&B sign on it, either would have prevented a lot of anxiety.
