We are very satisfied with your service; Max is one of the most caring people we do business with. We have several "regular" service personnel who visit but, Max seems to really care about us and our pest issues. I had an emergency situation with renovations being done at my home where a termite problem was found in the walls. I called and they came the same day to consult with me and the application for the problem was done the very next day. The consultant John could not have been nicer and was here at 3pm that day, and the two technicians were here at 8 am the next day very professional and efficient. I am extremely happy with your service. I have never had an ant invasion until the landscapers tore down a rotted retaining wall. Ants all over the place until I called Grigg’s and Brown. I haven’t seen a single ant after the yard around the house was treated.
