Griggs & Browne has been taking care of my home for over 20 years. Would not go to anyone else.
I know the tech and he knows me, consistency - always the same person for 20 year - that speaks a lot about an organization.
I was using another service at my vacation property in another state (no Griggs & Browne), it was awful very high turnover (a new tech every 6 months) and trying to communicate with their office was a nightmare - no one knew anything, and you could never reach the people you needed. I wish Griggs and Brown had an office in the State of Maine.

Yes, I just wanted to say this is an excellent company. I had a problem with my third floor having wasps a nest of it called. Griggs & Brown came down with a representative. Her name is Amanda. She was excellent knew the problem resolve the problem and was very professional about it I recommend this company to anybody.

I called and was given an appointment within hours by a person who seemed concerned. A supervisor arrived at the assigned time to assess the problem, gave me the cost of the service and a technician (?) arrived very soon to do the needful. Both Griggs and Browne employees gave me telephone numbers to call if the problem was not solved. Both were competent and pleasant.

G&B quickly took care of my spider cricket issue and this year the problem did not recur. We also wen through the house for mouse traps and reloaded with bait. He was patient with me as we went into drop ceilings and other spaces to make sure we were covered and removed dried up mice.
