Buyers beware! Heavenly Scent requires a CC at the time of booking, however the administrative team is not capable of managing such a process. I called in to cancel in advance and was assured that it had been processed. I received a cancellation confirmation and yet the crew still showed up at my home when I was not there to receive them. I received a notice that they had come to my house, prompting me to call into the office AGAIN and to find out what had happened. I was told during that call that there had been a mix up on their part. I was assured that there would be no charges to me for this cancellation and the error. Then a few days later my credit card was charged for the full service! It was promptly refund, however it could take time for my bank to put the funds back into my account. Businesses that do not have quality administrative processes and tea members that are fully trained and capable should not be handling client credit cards with full access to process! I have not yet used Heavenly Scent Cleaning, nor will I in the future. I am requesting that my credit card information be deleted from your system immediately. Do not trust this business to responsibly manage data or Credit card information safely or securely.
