Since we opened our doors as the first pest control company, our mission has been to provide the best pest management services while maintaining exceptional customer service.

We are locally owned and operated and proud stewards of our local community. As we live and work here, our company has a long term view focused on serving our Hilton Head, Bluffton, Okatie, Sun City, Hardeeville and Ridgeland communities and protecting the homes of our friends and neighbors.

He showed up at exactly the time of the scheduled appointment and throughout the visit Kojack was very polite and kept me informed of any step of the inspection. We have had nothing but outstanding service from Hilton Head Exterminators. We have our termite bond through the company, as well as, our regular pest control. They have always provided excellent and effective service. Our regular pest control is performed by the service technician, Christian, who goes above and beyond every single time. Christian is always punctual, accommodating, friendly, professional, and just great overall. I would definitely recommend Hilton Head Exterminators!

It’s always reassuring to get a “No termite activity found” report for your home. It’s especially reassuring when you are there in person to watch the inspector, Kojack Martinez, examine the exterior, the attics, the garages and each room from floor to ceiling before before delivering the good news. Also, he pointed out several things that require maintenance which is appreciated.

We had our annual "Termite Inspection" on April 5, 2024. Everything from scheduling the visit to the complete inspection was professional. Robert Justice was our Inspector. Robert presented us with his card upon arrival. He walked the house from top to bottom being careful not to disturb anything. He then walked the outside areas. He briefed us on his actions and told us he would notify us if he found anything to be addressed. All in all, great job by Robert. We always enjoy working with HH Exterminators.

The company does not contact you in advance if they are coming. I was billed one month prior to getting service and then I had to call to see when they were coming only to find out that the service tech did the calls. Never heard of that one before. It took several calls to get them here.
