The gentleman who came out for an inspection was nice and helpful, but I never received a proposal or quote for the work. It was promised to be sent later that day or the following business day, but I waited a week and never received it. I assume they forgot or didn't want the job, so I went with another company. I'm a business owner and just wanted you to know in case you're losing customers this way.

I reached out weeks ago to get a quote for critter cards for our solar panels. I had to follow up numerous times (at least 5 times) with Heidi and told numerous times that the quote was on its way. After an additional call I was told they needed the number of panels we had. I called back within hours with that number (13) and again was told I would receive a quote.After approximately three weeks still no quote and now not necessary as unfortunately we took our work elsewhere.
This is a horrible way to run a business and I felt like I was begging you take my money. Keith Bradburd 610 960 1823. |

it was the biggest waste of money i ever spent I asked about spraying my crawlspace and patios and three times the person told me that I had the one time ant spray without gauranty and that he did not have to spray the patios or my crawlspace. What did i pay for.
