Great service. Timely.
We have known the Holder family and have been with them for 35 years. In all that time, we have been pleased with every technician, the service department (Kayla) and every aspect of the business. Roger senior was our go-to guy until he retired. The men who have stepped in for him are excellent! Holders is a local, family owned and operated business that cares about the people in our community.
Hank, the technician was on time, friendly, recommended part needed. I highly recommend Holders A/C & Heating to anyone.

We are pleased to have Holders as our HVAC service providers. They are reliable and trustworthy. They always send knowledgeable technicians to service our AC & Heating units. We bought our HVAC system from them and their pricing was far below all other estimates. We would definitley recommend them to everyone.

Terrible customer service. We had a gas leak at our home and subsequently PG&E turned off the gas. We needed our HVAC evaluated as the potential cause of the leak. We called Holders on a Saturday, and explained the situation to their dispatcher, who asked for the situation to be repeated again. She then called back to ask exactly what the situation was. They dispatched an employee to our home. on arrival, he notified us that he was not able to evaluate the HVAC system if the gas was turned off. He then said he did not feel it was appropriate to charge us for service, since he didn"t provide any service. But that it wasn"t his decision to make. He attempted to call the service department manager with no success as it was a Saturday. We paid the $150 service fee, despite the tech not performing any service in our home. When we called holders today, and spoke with Cayla, the service manager, she informed us that the dispatcher didn"t document that the gas was turned off, so they would not refund the $150. Terrible customer service, on top of incompetent employees. Don"t use them for service.

We have used holders for some time now and all of their service guys have always been great, on time, and very professional. We are always notified in advance of our service appointment and prior to the appointment we get notification of who our serviceman. Holders is amazing we would recommend their services to anyone with an air conditioning need.

Still have a problem. Have another HVAC company coming out to troubleshoot.
Our unit didnt get fixed, requested quote for part needed and havent heard back. As of now, still without AC.
Technician was very professional and helpfull. He and I diagnosed the problem quickly and he was on his way.

Now for the estimator that is another issue. I never received nor do I want to receive the estimate for a replacement unit. After conversing with him on the replacement unit and him describing all the reasons he could not give me a quote such as needing engineering on joist structure in my ceiling, electrical panel concerns, air handler replacement and refrigerant lines needing replacement I ended our conversation. I have had units replaced several times and never encountered any of these issues. I choose to purchase a new unit from a different company. I believe a refresher course for your sales/estimators might be in your companies best interest. Thank You for your prompt service.

I called in at 8:00 am to get my AC unit that failed the night before fixed, the tech showed up on time (11:00 an) and my AC was fixed & running by 11:30. easy.
