Sarah Gorczyca (inspector) who did the termite inspection was very professional and knowledgeable in her work. I was impressed. I forget the name of the technician who came out to do the work of installing th canisters too was very courteous and professional.

Service Not Completed -Small animal traps. Brian Speargas,Annapolis Office,signed me up for two full weeks of baiting and retreiving. The service actually stopped

after the first week. I have called the Annapolis office several times and been told that they would look into it. I have called several times and been told there was a miscommuncation, they would start again,they didnt know what I was talking about etc. The problem is that nothing
was caught the first week, the clawing and scratching continues, the tenants are scared and I need to move forward with cutting branch and sanituzing attic and fixing interior ceiling etc. Home Paramount needs to honor their initial agreement, do the traps for another week and hope we catch something.Thank you in advance, Maria Princi maria@iknowdc.com.

I was pleased with the people who came out, but I was not pleased with the quality of the application of the foam applied to the foundation. Once companies become big, the quality goes down and profits become the guiding factor.
Do what you are supposed to do, and do your absolute best, and have the customer inspect all work done before packing up to leave... after all they are paying for it!
Do the best at what you are supposed to do, and leave the politics and controversial P.C. garbage out of all advertising in print or on-line. It does nothing except takes your image down to a lower standard!
