Mike your Mosquito man is terrific. Can't say the same for your termite service. Again, I get a report that shows you didn't check/svc all the bait stations. This has occurred frequently. Back a few years, I was informed that you had changed your procedure for handling stations where concrete is present. e.g. driveway 7 side door.
I currently have holes for bait stations in these areas. The new procedure is to drill holes in the concrete and then poison the dirt below. You have never returned to institute the new procedure. You are also not putting new bait in the current holes. I don't know why, they are certainly accessible. I have put up with this lousy service but I have now lost my patience. The only reason I still use Paramount is because of Mike. Another thing that stinks is your technicians show up and immediately try to sell wood treatment or new insulation. Paramount has already treated the wood and based on your performance history, I would never give you new business.
