Yes, Richard is super! You are VERY VERY lucky to have him on your team! He's a keeper. Richard deserves some extra attention by you, $$, maybe even a Management position, esp these days if you WANT to keep him (anybody!)😉. I was always a Manager in Hospitality, a Citizens Bank branch, a Seafood Store/Owner & a Restaurant Key West. I KNOW gooooood' peeps when meeting them and you've got one in Richard. I am a first time customer, had my first visit with a very polite tech and she applied my spray. Called Home Paramount right after she left (14 minutes for the treatment)with my questions and immediately received a phone call from the franchise owner in my area.
I explained to him my concerns about the effectiveness of the spray due to all pollinating foulage can not be sprayed due to bee's. That's is understandable but does not provide a value for me to have them spray. Was told I would get a call back from him in 20 minutes, that was 8 days ago on June 18.
But I do want to thank Roselyn for being very kind & understanding and cancelled my account.

Service is doing ok for the outside pest control for ants,the technician should be able to note broken termite trap damage and fix them also. When other critters throughout the summer show up they should be able to control them also without additional charges.

Very disappointed with having 4 appointments scheduled and no shows each time. No one contacted me to reschedule, I had to call Paramount. Then when it snowed, they called and said they couldn’t make it, I had no scheduled appointment that day. The 1st appt. Was on Jan. 8. The Insp. Was finally completed on Jan 26. Mr. Rodney was so accommodating and very apologetic for the past no show appt. Finally I’m scheduled for the treatment and at no fault of the technicians they were unable to complete the job. There equipment broke that day after they had all the prep completed. Again, Home Paramount did not contact me to reschedule, I had to call Rodney. He was the only one to get things done. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with Home Paramount and do not think I will renew after all these years. I hope no one even ask for recommendations. You can call me at (410) 924-7355.
