I am very pleased with my first experience. Your tech James Joyce was excellent with dealing with my problem and explained what he was doing and why. I called your office Monday morning to report another nest found and as of 9:00 am on Tuesday no one has called me back to give me an eta. Monday afternoon I got frustrated and called James for help. He responded quickly and is making arrangements to schedule me in.

Have not been satisfied with results the past 2 services prior to the service I just received on Wednesday June 19th. The result on that service will not be known yet. The 2 prior treatments have not been effective in reducing spiders, bugs and carpenter ants. The Technician on the 19th did spread around some powder for the ants, this has not been done before. I do not expect zero sightings of bugs but I expect to have a major decrease in them. I am paying for that result and have not been getting it, I will not continue service if this continues to show bad performance.

After multiple people with multiple ladders and a power washer they were still not able to reach the peak of my roof to spray for carpenter bees. They did spray for ants. On the parimiter.

I was unaware of the technicians arrival, if he was actually here. My times did not coincide with his by 30 minutes, apparently. There was no notification he was on his way. I was home the entire time and he claimed to have knocked on my door. There was no paperwork left in my screen door which I left unlocked. I have no idea what he did.
