He was very thorough and customer service was an A+. This tech is the one that always Servies our outdoor traps. Please keep him on our account going forward if possible. Best that we have had. Not at all. The technicians are coming in and only leaving mouse traps; something the residents can actually do themselves. The problem is not getting better in any of the units. Need some extensive treatments and not just leaving traps.

Not happy at all with Home Paramount. Scott is extremely complicated to work with and never provides advise to better our services when we have troubled units. I have to constantly follow up on requests made. The service is horrible. I would never recommend this company to any community. Techs don't leave notes in apartments to advise they've been in the unit either.

Not good. 1) I had a hard time receiving a Bed Bug Agreement 2) Tech arrived to treat the unit, left nothing in the residence unit to notify them the treatment was completed. 3) Property Manager was not provided documentation to state the treatment was completed 4) I spoke with the office to schedule the follow up treatment. I was supposed to receive a call back. It's 2:20 pm that call was @ 9am.

Yesterday a tenant told me she saw a rat moving down the public side walk in front of the building. She and I have not seen any rats in the back or front yard of the property. I have not checked to see if the bait station in the back yard at the south of the building has been anchored as promised.

I expect I am satisfied with the service.
