I am specifically happy with Kevin, the technician, who provided the service yesterday. He was thorough knowledgeable and helpful. Over the past year I have been VERY UNPLEASED with the service. Technicians were neither knowledgeable nor interested in doing a good job and the poor service reflected that.

On Friday Nov. 3, Home Parampount's technician, Juan, responded to our request for an inspection about a mouse pest. Juan did the inspection and suggested that it was a minor issue, but that we needed to replace the several-year-old traps in the house and outside around house. On Monday Nov. 6, technician Kevin came and did all of the trap replacements inside and outside, and helped up clean a few places for the traps. Both Juan and Kevin were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Thanks, Home Parampount!

First scheduled visit was 9/12/23. They were supposed to call ahead of time and did not. Next time they showed up 9/12 unannounced so no on was here. Next time reschedule for 9/20 4-6pm. No on showed up. Nothing has been rescheduled as of now. We did receive a bill which we will not pay.

We have had technicians not show up twice now during the scheduled windows. Would call and customer service would say they left a message for technician, then when we call back they said we aren’t on the schedule.

not happy. we have been a customer for a long time... but ever since Chuck Stevenson has left things have gone downhill. You recently serviced 5510 edson lane, rockville, md 20852. Your technician sprayed onto leather furniture and damaged it and soaked the hard wood floors with an unusually excessive amount of liquid. Your tech also showed up WITHOUT notice despite multiple conversations with your office that scheduling in advance is required.

Last Sept I signed on for a contract to deal with mice in my house. You put glue traps in my basement and the contract was for monthly checking of the glue traps. However your associates are frequently late for the monthly checkups (arriving later than the stated window) and last week I was charged for a service but the person never showed up to check the traps. The paperwork suggested that they didn't realize there were mouse glue traps to check. In addition there have been no mice caught in the glue traps. For these reasons I would like to cancel the contract.

i have had the worst service and was scared of your employees who treated me very bad and i was afraid they would hit me yelling at me them leave my house mad because i told them they are not doing their job right.

then they called when i was out of the country and when i did not respond they should up and did the outside even though i told them these are condominium and outside is not my responsibility.

you have a money back guarantee and i called after the first time and i told the not to come. they asked me to give them another chance and i called again and i asked them not to come again and i have tape to prove it they showed up did the outside and when i did not pay they put the none payment in the credit bureau.
you are the worst company i have work with and i had a lot of bad ones.

The technician very carefully examined our situation. We had a nest of yellow-jackets between the sash window and the storm window. He filled in the space by which they entered and then sprayed some poison into the enclosed space. It knocked them out quickly. Then he opened the sash from the inside and removed the nest and insects that had fallen down. He knew what he was doing. He took care of the problem pretty quickly. Good.

As a Home Paramount customer for over thirty years we are concerned about your rodent control service. On 5/31/22 we signed an Exclusion Contract with Home Paramount. As of two weeks ago, I was still trapping mice in my home. We have had frequent visits from you technicians to resolve the problem. Your technicians have missed openings where mice have entered our kitchen that were eventually discoverd by us. One technician had to get peanut butter from us to bait his traps. Another technician put traps behind an oven then pushed it back and released the traps. In addition, this required constantly moving a heavy oven to examine the traps. The point is that the mice are still getting in the house from external openings on our property after numerous visits from technicians and one manager. If you cannot resolve the rodent problem or provide knowedgeable technicians and managers, please return our payment for the exclusion service and we will look elsewhere.
