My husband was there when he arrived - there were boxelders way up on the house but the technician did not have a ladder to reach those spots and told my husband he would have to come back to get those. I have not been back to the house to check but will stop this evening.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I have twice as many flies as I had before the treatment and they are all throughout the house now. I could have bought sticky traps a whole lot cheaper than what I was charged for the ones your company gave me.

The one thing that I REALLY don't appreciate about Home Paramount is the scheduling. I receive an automatic call from an unknown number (which I usually don't answer) with a quick robotic message on my voicemail giving me a prescribed time for service. 9/10 times the scheduled times don't work for our schedule, and the team just does external service. Occasionally, when I have time, I do call the 800 # to reschedule, but this is extra steps. Why can't HP leave a text or even have a # to press with the call to either confirm or reschedule (similar to any doctor appointments). It becomes a source of contention every quarter when I get this message.
No problem with the actual service or the employees. Just need to change the scheduling service.

Not happy, the man said he would come back with a second technician to take down the remains of a hornets nest. Its been over a month and the nest is still there. Not happy!

The Technicians that come out are very friendly and do an excellent job. My inside is bud free. Outside is another story. I think Ortho did a better job then Paramount. I still have cob webs and spiders.
