I have contacted them many times to no avail about notifying us all as to when they would be spraying so we can walk our pets elsewhere. My dog, from the poisons they put down, without notice, has now had many seizures and they refuse to give us any notice but put it on the board, who is also negligent and who I will see in court, as well as this horrible company. Now they tell me they were bought by Terminix and I should call them but Terminix denies owning them. Hunter, Todd and Myah, may you all get what you deserve....truly disgusting company that doesn't care if your pets die and you get sick!

I have been calling for 4 days! No response They came last Mondy to resolve a sugar ant problem after waiting 4 days They were crawling on my kitchen, walls, counters, and cabinets. The service person who came obviously didn't solve the problem. I have more ants and I can't get a response' I paid for my contract last month and I want a refund for lack of service' I called their main company, Terminix, and they have no record of my account, DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I have been trying for over a week for a billing problem to be corrected and still have not been given an answer. I canceled their services over a year ago and only recently received a statement for something that their GM at the time told me that I would not have to pay. They never call back even though I have called several times to correct this. They now put me in collection and, even after calling almost everyday for over a week, I still have not received any information to cancel this. Stay away from this company if you ever want an actual person (whether it is billing or an actual supervisor for the services). My main problem that had me cancel their services was because of 1 dead tree, a few dead shrubs, 3 large palm trees that were dying, and NO ONE would call me back in order to correct any of these problems. I am posting here because I am hoping that this might get their attention and perhaps save someone else from dealing with what I have had to deal with.

I am sorry to have to write a terrible review This company makes promises and does not follow through. They schedule time slots for service and do not stick to the schedule. They say they will call so you can be home and allow them to exterminate inside the house but they don't call and just do the outside (or maybe they don't even bother and leave the monthly receipt at front door. they have a referral program but don't honor it on technicalities. Unfortunately I had paid for a year so I had to wait to switch to another service provider.

We have been with Hometown for several years . We are extremely happy with our service technician Cicero. He is so professional and thorough with our service. Our home is completely bug free thanks to Cicero! I highly recommend !

Up until today, I've been a customer for 2 years. I scheduled an appointment in advance to have Hometown come spray inside our home and the gentleman never showed! My husband took a 1/2 day from work and has been waiting. We never were contacted by Hometown. Upon calling I was told the worker was behind schedule and no one was available in his absense. The supervisor then said, I should have called sooner to get an update. He also said I shouldn't have scheduled it for today that they were too busy. Last I checked I was the client not employee. Due to the poor customer service, no accountability and lack of responsibility, I canceled my contract. To add insult to injury, I was told I wouldn't be refunded for at least 30 days.

We have been with Hometown Pest Control for the last 14 years. We subscribe to several of their services including termite control. We have always had very caring people do the monthly exterminating. Rachel, who is our current exterminator treats our home as if it is her own. She knows exactly where our problems are and stays on top of the situations. We actually look forward to her monthly visits. Whenever we have had a problem between visits, Hometown has sent someone in the next day to address our concerns. I think Hometown does a great job with pesticide spraying of all my hedges and my lawn and also I like the white fly spraying. My hedges have grown substantially since I’ve had Hometown. Have used them for several years and are very happy with them.
