Hi Ernesto,
Thank you for coming by. We changed the garage weatherstripping as you requested but the rats came back and chewed the new one and did not get caught by the traps you set right next to the area in the garage. I think we need a way to block/stop them from getting to that area. Any suggestions ?

Ernest Kim worked on my problem with carpenter bees on 5/15/23. In my opinion, he did an excellent job in some challenging areas. He worked alone on what was a two-man job. I was impressed.

Highly recommend Hydrex Pest & Termite for their honesty and integrity! We had another pest control company give us an estimate that was 12 times more expensive and they suggested extensive work (removing insulation and fumigating) for what was a very recent rodent problem in our attic (i.e. this wasn’t an infestation). Carlos came out, assessed this was a recent occurrence and notified us that there was probably only one rodent getting in, he figured out the entry point, sealed it, and came back weekly to check traps. As soon as access point was sealed, the problem was solved! Hydrex literally saved us thousands of dollars!

I cannot say enough about how Fantastic Hydrex were with us in helping deal with our rat problem. No surprises. Workers showed up as scheduled. Work was as agreed to eliminate attic rat problem and clean attic of accumulated rat debris and remove old insulation and install new. The vacuum tunnel they created from the front door to the attic access hatch kept pretty much all of the dust from escaping into the house.

A one-time treatment with TERMIDOR around the periphery of the whole house lasted for 14 moths before ants came back inside and I had to repeat the treatment. Carlos Cea from Hydrex Pest & Termite Co (818-249-9815) did an outstanding and long-lasting job at a resonable cost. Over a year ago, ants had invaded the whole house. I felt overwhelmed after battling ants for months, having spent hundreds of dollars on all kinds of DIY ant controls without success. It was a great relief to have Hydrex do such an instant, effective treatment for less money than I had already spent on my own, futile attempts to get rid of the ants.
