Babacar était bien gentil et très prêt à combler mes besoins concernant l'entrée possible de rongeur dans la maison ainsi que les fourmis et araignées. Personne bien gentille et soucieuse d'offrir un bon service.

The 2 fellows were great. Chudley explained everything & answered all my questions. He explained that we can have the interior of our house treated for ants as well which I wasn’t aware of. My husband asked about cutting the grass & was told to hold off for 4 days which he did. I did phone Chudley after they left to ask about removing the sign & when we could walk on the grass. He answered immediately & gave the answer. We have seen a few ants on our deck & a small ant hill is appearing next to our side patio & grass which is new. Thank you.

Hi. Our service man was Amin. He was so knowledgeable and so enlightening..he definitely knew his products… he also did an extra step in trying to deal with our ant issue by sprinkling these little kernels with I had not seen in the previous treatments , which he had said he would place before he even started the service…hence the enlightening and informing… he was great. Bonjour, le technicien Gokul a été très poli. Il a expliqué son intervention et à répondu à nos questions concernant la toxicité des produits utilisés versus les enfants et les chats. Nous avons fait le tour du terrain avec lui et il nous a dit ce qu’il allait faire à tous les endroits qu’il jugeait problématiques. Il nous a dit qu’il serait normal de constater plus d’activité pour les prochains 14 jours.
