Terik did a good job with the first application to the exterior of our home. I think the instructions given to him by the company should be clearer so they can inform the homeowner. We will see if it does work in the next few weeks and add another review.

Ils parlent en français, mais TOUT le reste sera en anglais et en anglais uniquement (contrat, facture, courriel, SMS, etc.).
Une autre entreprise qui méprise l'une des langues officiels de leur pays. C'est absurde.

Et après un an, ils charge votre carte de crédit en voleur et ne répondent plus à vos courriels.

Le technicien Nick est venu et a été très poli et professionnel. Il m'a expliqué ce qu'il allait faire et m'a expliqué ce qu'il avait vu avant de partir. Il m'a posé des questions pour voir ce qui en était à l'intérieur aussi. Très respectueux.

Unfortunately this is a firm that uses fraudulent practises to sell, will overbill, then send to collections. Best of luck for anyone who chooses to use them.

No, I'm not satisfied with the service. I didn't see the technician came to my place, and I was charged. The report shouldn't be written in your office. I need to cancel this contract.
