Khaled did a great job.

The technician was really professional and understands my concern. I was a bit disappointed that it’s been a few months that my situation wasn’t changed. He was being pro active and added more trap in every corner of my house. Suggested to do liquid extermination if the problem is not solved yet. He cheers me up and hopefully adding up more moose trap will solved my issue. Thank you again for your services today. I really appreciate it !

Le nom du technicien était Charles Joseph. Il s'est présenté au rendez-vous à l'heure, a été courtois, efficace et a fourni des explications en réponse à mes questions. Il a même dû utiliser une pelle afin de pouvoir accéder aux deux trappes à rongeurs situées à l'extérieur de la maison, lesquelles étaient inaccessibles puisqu'elles étaient enfouies sous la neige.

Technicians came as planned on February 19 for the winter in/out inspection and treatment. We had a little problem with fruitflies and they quickly understood and took action. Most satisfied with their prompt and professional work. Many thanks.

Ahmed a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer sa démarche. Il m’a montré une vidéo prise dans le faux-plafond où on ne voyait pas de trace de souris . Il a mis des chaussons en plastique pour ne pas salir la maison à l’intérieur. Il était poli et courtois. Il parle très bien français. Merci Ahmed!

Our January visit was very well done inside and outside our home. As we have had a few issues with dead mice and mouse noises he made a full inspection of the exterior and many places were blocked from entry. He also re-baited the exterior and interior of the house. Our February follow-up regarding the mice was also very well done- the mice had eaten all the bait outside, and inside they had discovered the bait in the attic and had rendered it useless by filling the box with insulation. What clever mice, but we feel reassured that the situation is well in hand now. Thank you!

Mohammed arrived with a smile and was very polite, he did a thorough interior and exterior inspection and noted that my issue with the attic mice infestation appears resolved but kitchen problem is still evident and renewed the traps product. I would like to see this technician again in future visits.
