1st season user. Seems to be effective in reducing spiders around the house. No ticks noticed this summer. Nice to have the termite traps indicating no termites in the area around the house. Even gnats and mosquitos less of an issue since starting Insight this summer. Will continue next year.

I appreciate that when the service person comes and it is raining they come back on a sunny day to care for the outside, so less chemical go where they are not targeted.
Also when I have had bugs or mice that I thought would be gone they came and resprayed when I called. Took the full traps and replaced with new traps. They show up when they tell you they are coming. |

The applications are never disruptive as I just need to keep my dogs inside for maybe an hour for the application to dry. When the yellow jacket nests were sprayed, the yellow jackets didn't want to leave but after the second spray, which was about 2 days later, they seem to be completely gone and it's now 2 weeks later.
