The service has been terrific BUT we were shocked to get a 70% increase on our commercial account!
This has now put us into a situation to now shop for another exterminator and we may not be able to continue our service. We have a couple commercial accounts and residential as well.

Scheduling is unreliable in the commercial division where there may be only one technician for a specific specialty like mice removal. When the technician shows up he is always extremely thorough and competant. you must buy a yearly contract which is very costly—at least $2400–but for vermin you need constant vigilance with many different methods. if you are a landlord this is a necessity.

No pleased at all with the McHale service lately. Notifications are not sent . There are preset times for service. Techs show up with incorrect work orders.
The dispatch office is not functioning as it used to.
I am considering terminating the agreement. I spoke with the sales rep and someone was going to call me .
