I told the office I was mailing a partial payment of $2000 in advance of the bat removal and the check was never processed and supposedly not received.So now I have to do a stop payment at my Bank. Then I was just told after the fact you dont accept checks???

The technician did a good job, but he showed up a day early when we were not home. We arrived just as he had completed the work. This isn't the first scheduling error we've encountered this year.

We are happy with the technician that placed all the rodent traps around the outside perimeter of our office and in every kitchen cabinet and closets. He was friendly, a very good communicator and efficient. We are looking forward to getting rid of our rodent problem.

We paid $460.00 to end carpenter ants. The tech would not give a guarantee. Was on site for about 30 minutes. If we still have carpenter ants this summer, we will not be satisfied. Too early to tell.

Too soon to tell.
Technician (Adam) was very cordial and very professional. Appeared to be quite knowledgeable and thorough.
But, here we are one day later and we have vacuumed up as many live bees/wasps today as we did before the treatment. My tenant ended up sleeping downstairs last night because there were so many bees/wasps in his 2nd floor room.
Let's give it a few more days.
