The work was completed by the two technicians as defined in the estimate for the exclusion project.
They were efficient and professional in their work and answered questions about the work and expectations.

One suggestion: it would be helpful if the Office called ahead of time with an estimated arrival / start-time for the service call. (We had been told it would be on that day between 8:00 & 5:00.)

Tech who applied ant treatments at our house was prompt and friendly. Explained all the material to be used, was respectful of our home by wearing shoe coverings, and worked very efficiently. This was our first application and I am very pleased with JP Pest Services thus far.

I could not be more satisfied with the service we receive from JP Pest and our technician, Merritt. I had a true emergency yesterday and they came the same day to address the issue even though it required rescheduling their day. I am so appreciative of their response and service.

Had a wasp nest in basement. Was able to get a service appointment two days following long holiday weekend. Bob showed up at the expected time and quickly removed the paper wasp hive. He made a point to clean up the area following the work. Good job, thanks...David & Joan Smith.

Service was scheduled the same day and the SP did a great job. Thoroughly explained the situation with an underground wasp nest.
