Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Not sure how to take this, but when I pulled into my driveway and met with the JP staff I was greeted by “Are you the queen of the house?” Seriously, that’s how your staff talks to your customers.

Your regular scheduled service is fine and effective, but you weren't much help and not very clear about the emergency bee problem that I had.

I have had the service for years and have been mostly happy. O have been disappointed in the amount of insulation that falls into my closet and onto my clothes. I am also planning to look around in the spring for companies with less rate or senior rates. Since I retired I am finding your rates a strain on my budget.

We have been very happy with JP Pest's responsiveness and service. We have a large campus with many different types of buildings; academic, residential, office, athletic, etc. In addition to regular service, we often have emergency requests. Customer service always answers promptly, and Eddie never fails to show up as quickly as possible. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always wonderful to deal with.

Great communication for upcoming appointments. The Fall Invader program has enormously reduced our stink bug onslaught in the Fall. Techs are polite and thorough. Good F/U reports. Highly recommend this company.

The work was completed by the two technicians as defined in the estimate for the exclusion project.
They were efficient and professional in their work and answered questions about the work and expectations.

One suggestion: it would be helpful if the Office called ahead of time with an estimated arrival / start-time for the service call. (We had been told it would be on that day between 8:00 & 5:00.)

Tech who applied ant treatments at our house was prompt and friendly. Explained all the material to be used, was respectful of our home by wearing shoe coverings, and worked very efficiently. This was our first application and I am very pleased with JP Pest Services thus far.
