Not happy at all. Technicians do not follow the times I have requested them to come. I request certain times because my dogs have to be let out to go to the bathroom. I called today to complain about the technician coming around 7am when its clearly indicated for them
To come after 1pm and the lady I spoke with was rude and snippy with me. I will be finding out who the owner is and letting them know directly about these issues and will not be renewing my contract.

This company is great. Long story short, we found we had termites under a leaky refrigerator. I was in panic mode, and they were so nice and sent an inspector over that day! They came back at a later date and treated the house for termites. They were great about explaining the process and termites in general to me. I also signed up for their quarterly pest control plan. They make everything simple and are always prompt. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

So we have been with you many years now , and every year you give a a little bump in price. Now with the last one, it puts us over $40 for the month. We are seniors and have limited income. Now I find the need to look for a less expensive alternative. So to recap.... you would rather risk losing $480 a year, just to gain $36 more?? Ok if that's how you see this, we are starting to find a replacement for you. I n the future, you should reward customer loyalty with steady pricing and gain your increases from new accounts.

Overall I am pleased in your service. I wish you had something stronger for our ant problem. It seems that almost every time you have to come back once or twice between our scheduled treatments. True you don't hesitate to come out for these emergency visits but I just wish they were not necessary.

I have been a long-time customer of Lethal Pest Solutions, and they are great!!!! I like Doug the best, but if you have any issues after they have come, they will gladly come back and fix whatever your problem is bug-wise. One year I even had them get rid of a hornet's nest that had glued itself underneath my awning of a bedroom window. They came and took care of it also. That costs extra though. Chemicals are getting a little expensive, but I hate bugs and field mice in my garage; so, it's worth it to me.

Through an unfortunate misunderstanding, my request to skip one month of service due to my severe illness and hospitalization resulted in cancellation of my 36-year account. I was pleased by the cooperation and service I received from the Lethal staff in reinstating my account at the same price I had been paying. The in-home service I receive from Mike is excellent. He understands my infestation issues and knows how to address them. In addition, he is a very polite and respectful young man.
