I am not happy with this service, nothing was done to eradicate my rodent issue, except to leave bait under the sink. I had to fill up the holes myself with brillo pads and hire a handyman as well.

I only want Doug at my house because he is the only one who is truly efficient and takes the time to squirt everywhere. I've had others from your group, and they were lousy and did a spit here and a spit there of squirting. I have been a long-time customer of yours and deserve good service as does every other paying customer. All your people should be as efficient as Doug is. We are delighted with the quick responses we get from Lethal pest Solutions. That,in particular, is what originally attracted us to them. We eventually decided to get a contract with them, and it's peace of mind knowing we can call them if needed between scheduled visits. however, it's been recently very DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING SPECIFIC FOR THE VERY SMALL FLYING INSECTS WE HAD IN MY HOUSE(probably fruit fly or gnats that came through the screens). I went to Lowes and bought fruit fly traps which helped a great deal.

It has been one month since we got treated for mice and ants. I have not seen any ants, but I have seen evidence of mice. We will handle any future problems on our own. We e had Lethal treat indoor pests for years and they do a fine job. In the spring we had thousands of carpenter bees buzzing around our upper roof soffits. Lethal used bee poles and powder and overnight the bees were gone. Hooray!

Not happy at all. Technicians do not follow the times I have requested them to come. I request certain times because my dogs have to be let out to go to the bathroom. I called today to complain about the technician coming around 7am when its clearly indicated for them
To come after 1pm and the lady I spoke with was rude and snippy with me. I will be finding out who the owner is and letting them know directly about these issues and will not be renewing my contract.
