We have used Lethal Pest Solutions for DECADES, and they have ALWAYS provided the best service! Their guy comes every month to spray around our house, and he's never late and never a no-show. He has given us suggestions and advice about a number of solutions regarding the occasional infestation of some pest or other. Their prices are reasonable and their service is EXCELLENT. I wish every business would offer their particular service as thoroughly, promptly, knowledgeably, and pleasantly as Lethal does!

Iam unhappy about the timing of service. I feel a tech knows his route for the day and should alert me to about his visit time. If I am at the END of his day, then I have 3 hrs to accomplish chores. Tech is fine but forgets to call us before his visit to give a status.

This company is totally professional from the tech at your door to the boss in the office. That’s not to say they aren’t friendly, it’s to say they don’t play games with your issues or contract. Pricing is more than reasonable for what you get. We’ve been customers for many years now and have yet to have any complaint. Any pest issues that have occurred outside of our regular service have been promptly addressed without any hassle or high costs. The techs are well trained yet do not hesitate to check with another, more experienced tech or expert if they aren’t sure of the correct solution. Overall a great company.
