Excellent service, however, it was outside only (we used to get in and out done).

Great service but didn’t understand why technician didn’t know about the card i put on file with lookout for payment and he was looking for my check I usually left in the past .

You recently took over Shane's Pest control and was thrilled to know we would have the same tech (Nate) continue to service us. But, was not happy to learn (after Nate informed us upon coming and nothing beforehand) that the interior service that Shane's provided us was no longer part of our monthly service. It would have been nice to know in advance that our interior service would no longer be provided, that was a disappointment that it was not communicated prior to service.

I like Nick. He's friendly ,and professional.
why did you make the decision to not treat the inside of the house? If it's to save money, I don't like it. If it's to protect us from too much bug chemical, I'm in favor of it. Am I correct in assuming you will treat the inside, if and only if, there is an infestation of bugs inside?

I was pleased with the service I received.

Joe was on time, very courteous and thorough in his spraying in and outside my house. I just hope the stuff stays around because we had a torrential downpour last night.

Patrick did a great job when he came to do the inspection and answered all my questions! I appreciated his honesty and care for my property! Thank you for sending him to me for this inspection!

Justin was wonderful to deal with. I had a list of concerns to ask about before he arrived. He took the time to listen and was able to address every issue. I was very happy with his work. I highly recommend this company.

Desmond did a great job giving us an advance ETA, checking all the stakes and moving one that was too close to another one. He also removed two so we can have a contractor replace a retaining wall next week. Will reinstall after this work is completed. Thanks!

A technician did a great job. His name was Desmond. However, I won’t be able to tell how good a job he did until I can tell if the traps are working.

As always your rep was very professional and came to the door rang the doorbell before beginning. I have one complaint however- he left lots of plugs of mud in our walkway. I felt he could have been more careful.

Technician was thorough and had to replace one bait station. He closed and locked both gates as a convenience to me. The office processed the report and issued the yearly invoice promptly to me for payment. Having a payment link to process a credit card was a lifesaver for me.

Sales and Technicians were very prompt and professional in response to my concerns.

Only installed bate traps. Didn't drill slabs and treat active areas.

the installers for the termites was excellent. The guy who came out to give me the quote was very confusing.Icould not find the write up for the pest control service.I dont'know what I'm being billed for,he said he saw mouse dropping in the basement and the garage,the guy came out and sprayed outside,so iI am confused.

Brian is an outstanding technician for our mosquito service. He not only understands the issues on our property but also cares about helping to solve them. He is hands down the best we have had since Any Pest sold except of course Jason!!!! I would like to request that Brian be our tech for mosquitoes from now own. Thanks.

Aaron let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. He did outside work so I assume he handled what was needed.

I was just reading the report on my service and Kenneth did spray some in my home but no interior window sills not the laundry room and a few other places. I have had pest control in the past and my house was treated much more thoroughly. He did spray the spiders outside and knock down the website. In the future i hope the interior treatment will be more thorough.

I regret to say, Lookout has so far let me down. The Licensed inspector that inspected my home was very nice,
Professional, and knowledgeable.
But they still haven’t provided me with the termite inspection clearance letter I need.
(0 termites, past or present)
I’ve have called several times; and each time they reassure me it’s on its way.; that’s was 10 days ago..
