Even though I was not here, Bryon left a nice note of all of the things he did on this rainy day. Having used this company for decades, I highly recommend them—great group!

Aaron is the most polite technician. He texted that he would be at my home and was there when he said. A competent person and a true gentleman. Refreshing!!

I used Any Pest for years prior to the acquisition by Look Out and always have an excellent customer experience. Very responsive, timely and professional.

The technician was very professional, was respectful of our property and conducted the inspection without any problems.

Jason was awesome! He was so nice and patient in answering the many questions I had. thank you!

I think he forgot rodent stations in the barn and inside insect detection strips.

The two gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and polite. Answered all my questions.

I can’t leave a review because they have not finished the work l check my bank statements they has already took Money out the account but has not completed the work.

The visit/service was good. But did not get informed that you were coming. Employee stated that Ishould have gotten a text or electronic message but I did not receive one.

The tech who serviced my home was efficient, friendly, conscious of cleanliness.

However, I received a text ONE day before proposed service from the tech. That isn't adequate as I had 2 appointments already for that day. I prefer setting the service date MUCH further in advance so that I can plan around your date, respect your time as well as mine. I have 4 numbers for Lookout plus that of the tech once he texted me. No one was available to accept my call in an attempt to reschedule, no response to my voice message I left from the office (?) managers that I have accumulated. Perhaps you need to provide numbers of a responsible, available person for pest control and for termite protection?

I was only able to work out a new time with the tech which probably is not his responsibility?

Joe was helpful. Will wait to spray for mosquitos when not raining.

Unfortunately I have not seen any changes. I’m going to schedule another appointment. Hopefully I see a difference at some point.

I’ve always valued your services and wasn’t terribly surprised by a modest price increase at the time of AnyPest’s acquisition. However, just noticed this quarter’s increase from $100!to $124 without any notice. Considering the original $85 price with AnyPest, the new increase amounts to a 50% rise in 6 months. May consider shopping around.

You all have always been stellar and I would recommend to anyone.

We are grateful for Hannah who went above and beyond to create the visit and Ronnie who went above and beyond to provide the service outside of his normal schedule.

I asked for some traps after a slithering friend got caught in our garage. Hannah and Ronnie demoed care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail to help me keep “under wraps” the small snake in our garage from my wife. Ronnie, also spotted some other things (I.e. ant mounds) and secured the perimeter. This was “WOW” service truly appreciated.

For the 20 plus years I’ve been with AnyPest they have always called to make an appointment for the annual inspection. You did not and I was away. I will not pay your invoice until the inspection is complete, meaning the rear of the house and the furnace room. Please call for an appointment. Thank you. John Roisum.

Excellent Job!

I honestly do not know how to rate the service we received. The initial meeting was great and we paid for our service on the spot. Then we were told a technician would be out, yet we saw no sign that someone had been to our house. I had to contact you to see if someone had been out to our house. There really needs to be some form of communication you leave once servicing a property. I haven't seen activity, so I assume our service worked:)

People working in the field are professional and knowledgeable. All good there. Office - not so much. I had to call few times to get treatment scheduled, I was transferred a lot with no resolution, received one liner emails. Everyone was really nice, just seemed not to know what to do.

I was happy customer. You came by on Monday morning but I was in the middle of splitting hostas, so the Tech moved our service to Tuesday morning... Everything went fine with the service on Tuesday morning...

OBTW, I had my termite station check last week but I have not yet received by annual billing!

Lookout pest control was at our home for a termite inspection. The pest control specialist went way beyond looking for signs of termites. He was very focused and noticed some things that went beyond a termite inspection. I couldn't thank him enough. Things that I thought were covered in our crawl space weren't there. As he walked around the perimeter, he noticed a barrel filled with stagnant water and asked me if it was okay to dump the water to avoid mosquitoes. And, since it was going to rain again he asked if it was okay to turn the barrel over. What a positive experience!
