I am not in that office, but when I have questioned my employees in that office I am told you have not been there after the initial visit. I know for a fact you went to the wrong address the second visit, I contacted the company, was assured you would be back, but have never received confirmation you went. I have asked weekly for several weeks to months (since the initial visit) if you have been back. I really need to talk to a representative. 931-692-8472, extension 1063 or ask for Carol.

I went to BBB to review your coming to my home and found you are not listed with BBB. As far as I know, since I didn’t physical go in crawl space, I hope all is well. Adam was cordial and came out with a DIRTY filter and appeared to take his time checking the area.

Lookout showed up time and called from their truck per my request. He instructed me to keep my dogs inside for at least 20 minutes to let spray dry. I liked these instructions.

Eric was timely in arriving at my home. I met him in my front yard. We spoke. I directed him to my crawl space doors. He told me what he was going to do. However, he did NOT come into my house as he stated he would to inspect for termites. I explicitly told him to come through the patio door and then into the door that led inside. I asked Eric if he was going to inspect the attic. He replied, “No”! In fact he did NOT come inside at all. I did see Eric rinse of two filters he removed from the dehumidifiers in the crawl space. But I wanted to speak to him again before he left. We did not speak of any details of his findings or work he did. I was available at all times he was here regardless of what his report says! I was here!
My concern about the service is not knowing the details of what Eric did and the cost of that. $275.00 is rather steep not knowing if my home is termite and fungus free. Would it be possible to get a detailed report?

As usual, a great job. My phone would not let me leave a review for our service tech that services Jasper. TN, but I would give him a 5 out of 5 in all categories!

Tech showed up when expected but really did NOTHING..... Not sure he even checked the bait box.... My husband said he was gone in less than 15 minutes..... We still have the problem and no solution.... Very disappointed.....

We no longer are using your services and I did not approve in advance yesterdays inspection. Our Homeowners Assn hired a company to do the inspection on all homes in our develment. In past years I have been very pleased with your service. Call or text if you have questions.

The tenants are very thankful that they have monthly pest control servuce but woukd like the servuce person that comes to the apts to take the time on each apt to spray well they told me he was there less than an hour for 30 apts.

Still Waiting for the connection of the dehumidifier which was installed a week ago.

I contacted Lookout Pest Control with a snake in my house issue. The representative was very helpful and said they would have someone from the Chattanooga office come out the following day. About an hour later, someone else called me and said they didn't have the staff available to come out and gave me the name of another person that was a "friend of the owner" that they refer to. I was disappointed as I have been a Lookout Pest Control customer for about 21 years now. It seemed I was just being pushed away to another partner of Lookout Pest Control who I trust to take care of me after such a long partnership. Lookout Pest use to service my home monthly and now services my home less frequently, quarterly it seems or thereabout and yet still bills me monthly and the rate also increased. I understand prices increase, but the service intervals have been reduced as well, along with a price increase. Now, after this unfortunate customer service experience when I NEEDED LOOKOUT PEST CONTROL THE MOST, it may be time to shop for another Pest Control Provider.......

I called Monday 8 AM Heard Tuesday they would come late afternoon and they never came or called. I t is 7 o Wednesday and I still have not heard from Lookout Pest Control.
