Inspection was not due un til March 2025! No one called me to set up time! According to your time in and time out they spent 4 min. Doing inspection !

Wayne is GREAT! So reliable, punctual, knowledgable, and cares about his performance. It's great to have a "familiar face" at my door! He ALWAYS does a GREAT job!

Extremely happy with Lookout Pest Control service. They've done us very well. There is one issue though of an outstanding balance from a previous address that is not our bill and I have discussed this with several Representatives at Lookout Pest Control and they all say they're going to delete that bill but it still hasn't been done yet when my invoices emailed to me. When I make my payment I will further discuss this with a representative. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas.

Wayne was very courteous & willing to do what I asked.
However, the communications were difficult. It took a great deal of effort & several calls/texts to finally schedule him at a time that was convenient for me.

I think right now it’s too early to tell about the ant army, but did not see ants in pantry this afternoon.
The two gentlemen that were here were very nice.
