I do not like this new calling system where apparently Atlanta is answering calls for East Ridge. In the past my call was always answered in a timely manner. Recently the call to Atlanta was so convoluted I just told the lady she couldn't help me and please connect me to East Ridge. She did and Cathy helped me with no problems noted. So, this business change is becoming impersonal, and the element of brand loyalty is slipping away. Change without thinking how it will be perceived by long term customers is a mistake.

Justin did our annual termite inspection in the past week. What a colossal waste of time and money. I basically paid 130 or whatever the total was to have him change the dehumidifier filter. I'm not on a crusade to crucify Justin. He is pleasant and I'm sure he's competent for some tasks. However, comparing him to previous techs such as Adam, he is not acceptable in the future at this location. Justin arrived, I was in the garage, and he walked around the interior of the garage which was a waste of time because I have shelves and cabinets covering most of the foundation. We then walked around under the house. Justin changed the dehumidifier filter. I asked him to look under the front porch as it was sealed off during remediation. He pealed it back, stuck his head in, resealed and we were through under the house. 5 - 7 minutes total under the house. Once outside I asked if that was all it took to check for termites. Justin pointed to the space between the door frame and the river rock that covers our foundation. He said that would be where tunnels would most likely happen. Well great, then why did he not check the rest of the foundation? I remember when Bobby did the remediation, I asked why he left the barrier one block shy of the top of the concrete blocks. Bobby said that was so that area could easily be looked at to verify no termite tunnels. I also remember Adam and others actually crawled around the interior perimeter under the house and visually checked. The only crawling Justin did was to change the dehumidifier filter which took all of 60 seconds. On the exterior of our home there was no visual inspection.

I don't mean to be harsh, but I expect people to do their job to the best of their ability. Perhaps this management change has resulted in a change of how inspections are performed. Well, I can assure you I am not a fan. The quarterly change was bad enough but this recent inspection with Justin irritated me no end.

Our quarterly treatments by Mike have been just fine. He is personable and always answers any questions or concerns we have.

I remained with Lookout because of the respect I have for Chad and many of the other technicians. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and if there was a concern, Chad arranged to have it resolved. I intend at this juncture to continue with Lookout. Please make a large note that when the annual termite inspection rolls around send Adam or a technician of similar caliber.

So, I've had my say and I harbor no ill will toward Justin. I don't believe in nursing a perceived grievance. If I have something to say I will darn well say it and it will be abundantly clear. I recognize Lookout can respond to me in like manner.

I wish all a good remainder of the week and a great weekend. Should offense have been given, well, get over it.

We are very disappointed that we can’t get a call back and thinking about reporting Lookout Pest Control to the Better Business Bureau. We have called, sent emails, etc! So very disappointed!

I have been told twice that I will be contacted back. Yet to hear back from anyone 3 days later. Lookout Pest Control contract states"your contract will renew automatically unless you give us 30 days written notice."
I have tried to give them notice twice and they responded "we can't take notice this early." Really?? Horrible.

I called 3 times last week and asked for the my tech to give me a call. After the third call I found out he was on vacation. No problem there as everyone needs time off. So I asked that he call me when he returns and the time to treat our house was reset for a later date. Wife and I were out of town this past Saturday and someone showed up to treat the house. Bottom line is there must not be any communication between the office and the technicians. If I had to give a star rating the techs would get a 5 and the office staff a 2. Looks to me as if Lookout Pest Control has become too big and the personal touch is a thing of the past.

Very poor communication. Had to call twice to find out why the technician had not shown up in the scheduled time frame 8-11. He arrived at 1:30. We had other commitments that were totally disrupted and not able to be kept because of this. Totally unacceptable!!

I am a disappointed as far as for the initial payment the young man sprayed inside and around the house, seeing that my initial complaint was carpenter ants I had at least thought there would have been a more thorough inspection even under the house. I still have carpenter ants on the outside at the corner and they go under the siding which is concerning. I will call Monday as the problem is still going on.

As always tech was courteous, knowedgable and thorough. HOWEVER I do not like your new policy of "dropping in for inspection" instead of making an appointment. I had just gotten home from errands and he drove up in the driveway. He said that was your new policy. I would like to have an appointment so to schedule my time. Tried to call and talk to Chad and always went to voice mail. CHAD PLEASE CALL ME....CAROL CLARK...7063752621. WE HAVE BEEN WITH YOU SINCE 2010 and your new policy is not acceptable.
