I have been very impressed by the work of Outlook Pest Control. They handled the inspections prior to purchasing our home, which gave us peace of mind. Gage was so thorough and professional. I was sold on the company and their customer service, so much so that I have moved forward on having Lookout Pest Control handled our termite prevention. The man was very polite and helpful. I can't recall his name right now. It might have been Eric. He gave me some good information about dealing with spiders and how the treatment would work. We may possibly have this done later.

The person doing the installation, was very rude and unfriendly.

Lookout Pest Control always does an excellent job.

From the resident I believe you did a good job. But it’s going to take the residents keeping their duplex clean I’m so happy I took the plan to get the property spayed quarterly. Or as needed I’ll be visiting the pt Monday so I can let you know what the resident is thinking.

I had no idea the serviceman was coming! He did a good job and found some mold on a floor joist. Since I had a basement encapsulation he would have someone come back to spot treat the problem. I have not heard anything else about when someone wound back to treat the problem!!

Inspection was not due un til March 2025! No one called me to set up time! According to your time in and time out they spent 4 min. Doing inspection !

Wayne is GREAT! So reliable, punctual, knowledgable, and cares about his performance. It's great to have a "familiar face" at my door! He ALWAYS does a GREAT job!

Extremely happy with Lookout Pest Control service. They've done us very well. There is one issue though of an outstanding balance from a previous address that is not our bill and I have discussed this with several Representatives at Lookout Pest Control and they all say they're going to delete that bill but it still hasn't been done yet when my invoices emailed to me. When I make my payment I will further discuss this with a representative. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas.
