One of my did not never have to call back so but now I’m still having problem and I just refused to call you all back to come back to see what’s going on so is not really up the part happy with the company right now.

Had service for over 3 years and still have the same problem only time it worked is when we first signed up and they made us leave our house for couple of hours then we had no bugs for 6 months after that they been back since and haven't left.our current pest control guy keeps saying he has the best stuff but they seem to be not killing them and by the way there the German roaches.why would it only work when we first sign up and they do there 3 hours debugging process do the bugs leave.i never get confirmation for them to come inside they always do around the outside of home and not the inside when I live in the woods clearly doesn't make since and there has been days where I come home to a sign in the yard and then I check my cameras and he was never on my property so they still took my money out of my account so no I don't recommend mccall services to nobody in facted I want my services to be canceled asap and thanks again for taking my money for nothing.

The service technician was very thorough in his job. However we still see roaches, which comes out at night, on our kitchen counter they are mostly around the kitchen sink. There must be some crack or crevice that they are hiding in and still make their way out at night.
