I got the printed prep info after the Tech did the flea treatment. I therefore didn't
't know to do laundry before the spray! I did the laundry after the tx. Also I used a vacuum right after I returned from 4 hr. time. Most of my house has only hardwood floors. Both Heather and Tech Fred were fine..I liked having Heather as a contact and talked to her several. They are both very professional. Hope my "mistakes" didn't cancel the flea tx.

Not even a #1 after the sell the communication is worse than a third world call center . Today for example I was given a phone number to call to get answers . Turns out I had to give the third party the local phone number so they could answer me . Still no answer . I wouldn’t suggest call service just based on their local attack of response after telling me they would get back to me many time … run ! I had to give a #1 rating because the system demanded it . Waite to read the google reviews coming.

So far, I am happy with the service. It started on day one when I met the representative. He was very candid and upfront with taking care of the situation I had going on in addition to offering some good advice. The trapper from the first day traps were laid has been engaged with me in keeping up-to-date with the status of the traps. Very professional! I would have no problem recommending McCall's service to anyone needing assistance.

I have had a problem with dollar weeds all summer. I have complained and was told they could not spray at that time. The other neighbors have not been told that. Finally sprayed for them Saturday and some are turning yellow not all. What am I paying for if you can’t get rid of them.

We had Vinny(Vincent) service our lawn today. He listened as I explained that we never want herbicide on our lawn . This was ignored by the former tech ( John W.)
and parts turned brown. I called the office and she apologized as it was stated never to put herbicide on our lawn. Vinny was polite and thorough but accidentally broke one of my pots holding mums. The hose caught it and it broke . It was ceramic. I did not get upset even though it was a special pot. That goes to show you that manners and following direction goes a long way with customers.
