Excellent customer service!.Excellent tech. I am a contractor who uses termite pre treat 20 to 25 times a year. This was my first time with McCall. I will def be using them as my go to for pre-treat on my concrete slabs. A big thanks to the entire team!

I didn't seem to have as much problem with broadleaf weeds when McCall's was servicing as I seem to have since Trugreen took over. I want one of the service men to show me exactly what he us describing as broadleaf weeds. They are listed on every service report and I don't understand why they aren't disappearing. Otherwise service is satisfactory. Next time lawn is serviced, I would like to meet with worker. Thank you.

McCall was only pest company I was able to find willing to provide "no tent termite" in my area. National company I had a termite contract with prior would only do tenting at additional cost. McCall is the best for my needs.

McCall does a great job. If a different associate comes, he does the same and as well as the one before him. We had a severe ant problem...they took samples and came back and fixed the problem. We've been here twelve years and McCalls is the best pest controllers we've had.
