We are giving McCall a 5 star since they did rectify a previous problem we called for. Brian was our initial manager who sent a tech to take care of what was found. However, the work was not well done. Brian did reinspect it and saw it wasn't done right. Next Robert came and Erik was the tech. They saw the issue, redid the screening with the proper materials, and used deodorizer outside and inside. Robert said he will follow through in a few days. (hoping so) At this time we are very pleased with their professionalism and their caring attitudes.
