We hired Black Pest to help with ants inside our kitchen after a rainy weekend. They came out quick, sprayed down the inside and all the entire house outside. We have not see any ants since! We look forward to continue using their services every few months!

When we needed Black Pest Control, they were there! We had originally been with Terminix, but when we had a pest problem that cropped up in the house, Terminix did not deliver. We called Black Pest Control and they came out to deal with our problem same day! Highly professional, competent and value their customers!

We recently moved into our new home that was pretreated by Black Pest Prevention during construction for termites, so we chose them for quarterly pest treatments as well.

I have been a consistent customer of Blacpest for well over a year. My account is on monthly auto pay, billed to my credit card. The Blackpest technician comes ot my home monthly and sprays the outside, as well as taking down webs, if there happens to be any. On Saturday June 7th, I noticed a rather large wasp or hornets nest attached underneath the soffit in the rear of my home. I immediately called Blackpest and left a message, as they are closed on weekends. I received a call the following Monday, and I was informed that the earliest available appointment was Thursday the 12th, which I promptly scheduled. On Thursday, the tech arrived at my home, and upon looking at the nest, he said he couldn't remove it because he was not informed that it was large, and without a suit, he was unprepared. He notified the office, and I was given another appointment for the next day, making it one week since I noticed the nest. The next day, prior to the arrival of the tech, I received an email notifying me that there was an $85.00 fee for removal of the nest. I spoke to someone at the office, and informed them that I already pay a monthly fee for EXTERMINATION, which is what this will be, and I was informed the fee stands. I paid the fee, the tech came out without a suit, and used an extended pole to remove the main part of the nest, leaving the base, which is still attached to my soffit. I have paid twice for a service, and the work quality was substandard for this job. I will have to get a ladder and remove the base of the nest myself, and I will no longer be using Blackpest for my extermination needs.
